He’s not bearish on the Ethereum network,
but actually believes that:

But the issue is👇

Is becoming increasingly difficult for the market to reprice.

He raises two key points:

Apps will take most of the value and fees.

2️⃣ Centralized Rollup path
L2 can achieve up to 97% profit margins.

In other words:
The ecosystem is getting more prosperous,
But the value may not necessarily flow back to ETH.

💬 Hoffman candidly states:
Selling ETH,
Is not due to being bearish,
But because the narrative of "ETH as currency" has basically run its course.

In the past, the market believed:
