🇺🇸 DEMOCRATS TAKE THE HOUSE: A NEW POWER MAP FOR CRYPTO CNN and Decision Desk HQ have projected that Democrats will win control of the US House in the 2026 midterms, ending the Republican majority in the lower chamber. It is the night's biggest political shift, and it redraws the map for crypto regulation in Washington. 🔑 What happened Democrats flipped the North Carolina Senate seat with Roy Cooper, held Georgia with Jon Ossoff and New Hampshire with Chris Pappas, and were projected to flip South Carolina's Senate seat. The Senate itself is still uncalled, so a full sweep is not confirmed yet. 🔑 Why it matters for crypto A Democratic House means tougher oversight of the Trump administration and a harder path for crypto market-structure legislation. The CLARITY Act already stalled in the Senate, and traders are now pricing in further delays. $BTC slipped below $77,000 as early results pointed to Democratic gains, with equity futures dipping alongside. ⚠️ The honest risk These are projections, not certified results, and the Senate outcome could still change the story. Divided government can stall bills rather than pass them, and short-term volatility can reverse fast. Do not trade the headline alone. 🐂 or 🐻: does a Democratic House help or hurt crypto in 2027? 🇺🇸 DEMOCRATS TAKE THE HOUSE: A NEW POWER MAP FOR CRYPTO

CNN and Decision Desk HQ have projected that Democrats will win control of the US House in the 2026 midterms, ending the Republican majority in the lower chamber. It is the night's biggest political shift, and it redraws the map for crypto regulation in Washington.

🔑 What happened
Democrats flipped the North Carolina Senate seat with Roy Cooper, held Georgia with Jon Ossoff and New Hampshire with Chris Pappas, and were projected to flip South Carolina's Senate seat. The Senate itself is still uncalled, so a full sweep is not confirmed yet.

🔑 Why it matters for crypto
A Democratic House means tougher oversight of the Trump administration and a harder path for crypto market-structure legislation. The CLARITY Act already stalled in the Senate, and traders are now pricing in further delays. $BTC slipped below $77,000 as early results pointed to Democratic gains, with equity futures dipping alongside.

⚠️ The honest risk
These are projections, not certified results, and the Senate outcome could still change the story. Divided government can stall bills rather than pass them, and short-term volatility can reverse fast. Do not trade the headline alone.

Goldie抓住金龙版:
A House flip redraws the map, but it does not pass a bill by itself. With the Senate still uncalled, the real variable is who chairs the key committees and whether the CLARITY Act gets a real calendar slot or just more hearings. Divided government usually means delay, not clarity, so the policy overhang on crypto stays until the Senate picture and the committee lineup are both settled. BTC below $77,000 is trading that uncertainty, not just the headline.

📡 Market Update | BTC Reclaims 80K After Midterms BTC is back above 80K, trading near 80,500 after a sharp round trip. It dipped toward 75,600 as early midterm counts came in, then reversed hard once Democrats secured control of both chambers of Congress. ETH leads the rebound near 2,425, up about 6% in 24h, while SOL trades near 96. The snapback flushed leverage too, with close to 1B in liquidations in 24h. That kind of flush can clear weak hands, but it also shows how fast this market can swing both ways. The next test is close. October payrolls arrive Friday, and that print could set the tone into next week. Holding above 80K would keep the recovery intact, while a slip back below it would put the midterm rebound in question. 📌 Personal opinion, not financial advice. Crypto PACs spent more than $55M to keep Sherrod Brown out of the Senate. He won Ohio by 188,385 votes. $BTC barely blinked. It slipped under $76K as the Democratic sweep came in and was back above $78K a few hours later. That works out to about $292 of PAC money for every vote in Brown's winning margin. Two years ago the same Fairshake network spent around $40M against him and won by 3.6 points. This time it spent more, and Brown won by about 4. Fairshake's money comes mainly from Coinbase, Ripple and a16z, so part of that bill lands on the company behind $XRP. Brown probably doesn't get his old Banking chair back. The Block's sources say he could end up chairing Agriculture instead, the committee with jurisdiction over digital assets and prediction markets. Elizabeth Warren is the likely Banking pick. U.S. Midterms: Democrats Projected to Take Congress. What It Means for Crypto Bills What happened: projections show Democrats winning control of Congress. Some reports say both chambers, while others are more cautious about the Senate. Final results are not yet certified. Why the market may be pricing it now: traders are reassessing pending crypto legislation, especially the CLARITY Act market-structure bill, which stalled in September. A divided government could slow or reshape it. BTC briefly dipped toward $75.7K during the vote count and then bounced back above $77K. Officially confirmed: no. Washington just flipped on crypto — and I'm watching the bill that matters most. The Associated Press has called the US Senate for the Democrats, with Josh Turek's Iowa win delivering the 51st seat. Flips in Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina and Kansas sealed it, and networks project Democrats take the House — though the AP had not yet called the House. For crypto, the chairs change everything. Elizabeth Warren is in line for Senate Banking, Maxine Waters for House Financial Services, and the industry's $63 million campaign to stop Sherrod Brown's Ohio comeback failed. The CLARITY Act, which stalled in the Senate in September, faces a harder path before it lapses in January — while agency rulemaking at the SEC and CFTC continues regardless. The tape isn't panicking: $BTC near $77,897 (+1.5%/24h) and $ETH near $2,298 (+2.1%) on Binance spot. A new Congress, not a new law. The Treasury is back with another buyback and the timing is doing a lot of talking. Up to $6 billion in longer-term government debt gets repurchased Thursday. Same play as before. Buy back the old illiquid bonds nobody wants to trade and hope the long end of the curve stops screaming. Here is the part that matters. This buyback wave runs through November 4. The midterms are November 3. That is not a coincidence anyone should ignore . The program got doubled back in August and the per-operation cap hit $6 billion in September . But yields did not exactly behave. The 10-year actually climbed after the size was announced because traders wanted more . So the real question is not whether $6 billion is a lot. It is whether this is liquidity support or election-year yield suppression. Bessent has been open about wanting borrowing costs down . The calendar makes the political read impossible to shake. Watch the quarterly refunding on November 4 too. That is when we find out if Treasury changes issuance or just keeps patching the long end with buybacks . $AGT $Q $IDOL #Treasury #Bonds #Yields #Midterms {future}(IDOLUSDT) {future}(QUSDT)

₿ 4 for 4. Bitcoin has been higher 12 months after EVERY US midterm since it was born. Today is test number 5. 📊 Election day vs one year later: 1. 2010: about $0.19 to about $3.26, +1,580%. Tiny, illiquid early market, so treat it as a fun fact, not a signal. 2. 2014: about $330 to about $405, +23%. But it first fell about 47% to near $176 in Jan 2015. 3. 2018: about $6.4K to about $9.4K, +45%. It first sank about 51% to near $3.2K in Dec 2018. 4. 2022: about $18.5K to about $35.8K, +93%. Its low was about 15% lower, as FTX collapsed. The real story is the halving clock, not politics: the 2014, 2018 and 2022 midterms all landed about 17 to 20 months before a halving, right near cycle bottoms. 2026 is different: the last halving was April 2024, so this midterm sits mid cycle, not at a bottom. Separately, the SEC just published an FAQ on how it classifies crypto tokens. My take: the outcome could shape market-structure legislation more than any single price candle this quarter. Question: which matters more for crypto in 2027, clear US rules or a friendlier Fed? $BTC $ETH #Midterms #CryptoRegulation #SEC

#Midterms ARE TOMORROW. Here is the stat almost nobody brings up. The #S&P500 has never been lower 12 months after a midterm election. Not once in 19 tries going back to 1950. Wars, oil shocks, recessions, it didn't matter. Average gain over those 12 months is about 15%. Measured by calendar year instead, the year after a midterm has averaged a 20.9% total return. Baird ran it from the midterm year's actual low and got 32%. So why is everyone miserable right now? Because the Shiller CAPE is at its second highest reading in history. The only time it was higher was late 1999. The Buffett indicator sits around 235%, also near a record. That is the real bear case and it has nothing to do with who wins tomorrow.
