🚩 If “support” needs your seed phrase, the only thing they’re supporting is their own wallet.
A familiar setup: an urgent message, an account warning, and a helpful stranger offering to fix everything.
Before you click:
- Never share your seed phrase, private key, password, or verification codes.
- Don’t move funds to a “safe wallet” supplied by someone messaging you.
- Open the official app yourself and contact support there. Skip the link in the message.
A familiar logo isn’t proof. A convincing profile picture isn’t a security certificate either.
Pause. Verify through a separate official channel. Then decide.
What’s the most convincing scam message you’ve received? Share the warning signs—not the clickable scam link.
