UniHexa and BISDEX are both talking about BRC20 liquidity, but they are not at the same stage right now. UniHexa is backed by the Unisat ecosystem. It has already integrated assets such as BRC20 and Runes, and the product is live. Whether Taproot, multisig accounts, and off-chain order matching are actually effective—users can experience and verify it now. BISDEX has not officially launched yet. Its BRC2.0, AMM, Token-to-Token trading, and the parameter of 40,000 operations per block mainly come from the official proposals and specifications. More directly, it is still in the “slide-deck (PPT) stage”—it has not yet been tested against real capital, trading peaks, and user exits. Also, 40,000 operations per block is a parameter for the BRC2.0 execution module and cannot be equated with Bitcoin mainnet TPS. Indexing status, contract safety, liquidity depth, and the exit experience all need to be evaluated after launch. So, at this stage, I’m more optimistic about UniHexa. One is already running, has user entry points, and a foundation of multi-protocol assets; the other has not entered the real market yet. BISDEX is worth keeping an eye on, but treating it as a peer-level competitor to UniHexa is still too early. #bitcoin #BRC20 #runes #比特币生态

Honestly, what BRC-20 lacks was never just issuing a brand-new coin. The coins are on-chain, and trading can only be done by posting long-term orders on chain and on a small number of CEXs. If you want to hold the coins yourself and execute trades, then either the price spread is huge, or you can’t even find a counterparty. With holders but no one can repeatedly enter and exit orders on the order book. What UniHexa is doing now is basically this layer: posting orders on the order book, with the funds still in addresses derived from its own wallet; the final settlement happens on Bitcoin. It’s still early, and the depth isn’t deep yet—don’t expect it to instantly revive the entire BRC-20 market. But at least it provides these coins a place where, under self-custody, you can post orders, execute trades, and withdraw. This market layer—there really wasn’t one before.$BTC #unihexa

UniHexa currently has too few coins that can be traded, which feels a bit stifling. Other coins want to go live, and holders also want a place to trade—this demand has always been there. But putting all coins together in the main market might make things worse. The order book is not deep to begin with. If there are more coins, capital and buy/sell orders will be further fragmented. In the end, you might see dozens of trading pairs, with only two or three orders in each order book: you want to buy but can’t, and you want to sell but nobody is there to take it. I think it could be split into two sets of markets. The main market would continue to be filtered by the official team, focusing on making the order books deeper. Only assets that continuously have trades, reasonable spreads, and reach a certain depth on both sides—buy and sell orders—can enter the main board. The community market can open self-service listing. Both project teams and holders can apply, but by default it won’t appear on the homepage and won’t participate in reward activities in the main market. The page should clearly label that it’s a community market and provide a risk level, so users don’t mistake it for official endorsement. Self-service listing should also have a cost. Applicants must provide both buy and sell orders at the same time to lock in the minimum liquidity, and maintain it for a period of time. Listing a few “air” orders far away from the market price, or withdrawing the orders immediately after listing, cannot be considered an effective order book. For a community market asset to enter the main market, you can check order book depth, buy-sell spread, trade frequency, and the number of independent traders. This would be much clearer. The main board is responsible for quality—users who enter can immediately see a relatively normal buy/sell book. The community board provides flexibility, giving more Bitcoin assets a trading entry point first. What UniHexa lacks most right now is tradability. If users can buy and also sell smoothly, increasing the number of trading pairs makes sense. Simply increasing the number of listed coins may make the page busier, but liquidity could end up being worse. #unihexa #UniSat #BRC20

UniHexa brings a qualitative change, changing the way Bitcoin native assets are traded. In the past, trading BRC-20 and Runes was quite fragmented in the market. Many coins looked like they had decent market caps, but when people actually wanted to buy or sell, there weren’t many orders on the order book. UniHexa connects assets from different protocols into the same order book. Users set their own prices, the system completes the matching, and settlement is then done via Bitcoin. The operation is closer to how we use exchanges every day, and users also retain the ability to transfer out the assets. If this model works, Bitcoin native assets can move from scattered limit orders toward more continuous trading over time. It also makes it easier for the project team to provide market making, while retail users can directly see the buy side, sell side, and order book depth. This is important for the Bitcoin trading sector. At present, UniHexa has fewer trading pairs, and the order books aren’t deep enough yet. BRC-20 is still waiting for official integration. The product framework is already in place, but whether it can form a real market still depends on proving trading volume and liquidity. So my current assessment of UniHexa is simple: It has already set the direction for a qualitative change in the trading sector—the result hasn’t appeared yet. When more assets get integrated, and users are willing to trade long-term, leaving trading volume even without activity rewards, that’s when we can talk about a qualitative change with more confidence. #unihexa #UniSat #bitcoin #BRC20

Congratulations to the 20 people who received the @Uni_Hexa Week 2–4 task whitelist 🎉 The submission window opens tomorrow—just submit then. One ticket, one chance. The task reward is FB. I personally value FB more—not just because the name sounds good. It’s because UniSat here is truly using it as an incentive in the ecosystem with real money. UniHexa also links the trading tasks with FB. If you have a ticket, don’t waste it. If you don’t have a ticket, keep watching the official announcements—more are still being sent out.$ORDI #BTC

Hexa’s fur still has plenty left—keep shaving.
The 4-week event has finished Week 1. Week 2 starts on September 29, and then there are Week 3 and Week 4 after that—about 3 more weeks to keep shaving.
Week 1’s pricing has already been redeemed: 150 FB per address. Based on the current rate of about $0.40, that’s close to 60 U. The requirements are to buy at least 5U, join Discord, and post a pinned tweet. There are 30 slots per day, first come first served.
The next three weeks require a whitelist. Each whitelist can only be submitted once. The exact reward amounts are pending official announcement, but the direction stays the same—you’ll still be claiming FB.
In the past few days, exchanges have been attacked, and old authorizations have blown up. That’s basically all the things you can do on-chain yourself. If you don’t even go for the fur worth 60 U when it’s out in the open, what else would you do besides not shaving?

After looking at the past few security incidents, it feels like “no platform is truly safe.” Ultimately, on-chain assets still need you to stay vigilant and keep an extra layer of caution. If you don’t use certain authorizations often, remember to revoke them. Keep only the funds you need to trade on exchanges. Store your seed phrase offline, and for long-term holdings, split them into multiple portions. If you’re planning to change wallets and you have more assets, you can use UniSat’s UTXO management tool to categorize them and migrate in batches, reducing the need for repetitive manual steps. https://unisat.io/utxo?tab=Ordinals Test with a small amount first, then execute in batches. Why is the Bitcoin ecosystem always not united? After watching Lorenzo’s recap of PizzaSwap, I kept wondering: why does the Bitcoin ecosystem keep having debates and find it hard to get everyone to accomplish something together? Bitcoin has no boss and no company that can directly set the rules. Developers can propose changes, but miners, nodes, wallets, exchanges, and users can all choose to accept or reject them. Freedom brings openness, but it also slows progress. BRC-20 further amplifies the problem. Token data is written onto Bitcoin, but balances and transaction results still need to be calculated by indexers according to their rules. If platforms like UniSat, OKX, and Best in Slot adopt different standards, users may see different asset outcomes. Therefore, upgrading BRC-20 isn’t just about writing code—it also requires wallets, indexers, markets, and project teams to move in sync. Miss any one link and it’s hard to make it happen. PizzaSwap is an example. As Lorenzo put it, UniSat had already completed a lot of development and testing; what got stuck wasn’t the technology, but consensus. UniSat wanted to move forward with a new Swap module, but other participants worried: if a single platform controls wallets, the market, and infrastructure, will it use its influence to shape the BRC-20 rules? For UniSat, after investing money and manpower, of course it wants the product to launch. For other platforms, if the rules follow UniSat, their users, data standards, and voice could be weakened. So this is not only a technical disagreement, but also a battle of interests. No one wants to easily hand over decision-making power to someone else. Now that Ordinals, BRC-20, Runes, and Alkanes are taking different paths, users, capital, and liquidity are also getting fragmented. Decentralization prevents any single project from controlling the rules, but it also brings slower progress and more disputes. So, it’s not hard to understand why UniSat has put some of its attempts onto Fractal: with fewer participants spread out, coordination is faster, and the product can get running first. But it still needs to prove that it can truly bring Bitcoin mainnet users and liquidity over. From a retail user’s perspective, the key questions are whether the main indexers use the same rules; whether mainstream wallets and markets genuinely integrate; and whether there will be real users and liquidity after the product launches. Official support is just an attitude—only when the ecosystem collectively recognizes and follows through does it truly get running. #bitcoin #BRC20 #UniSat #FractalBitcoin

UniSat really does have ORDI. Today, Lorenzo finally explained the reasons; the quantity remains confidential. In 2023, they were building PizzaSwap. They planned to use ORDI as the main trading asset, and the products were already developed. In the end, it wasn’t the code that got stuck—the stuck part was the ecosystem consensus. Everyone was unwilling to change the rules together. The outcome was also very straightforward: the money was spent, the product didn’t go live on the mainnet as promised, and UniSat’s reputation took a hit. Later, they brought this whole setup to Fractal and slowly turned it into InSwap. My impression after reading it is very simple: On Bitcoin, getting a product written is only half the battle; getting everyone to acknowledge it is the hardest part. #UniSat #ORDI #BRC20

Many people think that BTC-native assets lack liquidity, but the real issue is that there hasn’t been a decent order book that brings people together. This week, Unisat pushed Hexa forward by a big step: All the pre-application addresses are fully whitelisted—three Runes were opened for trading first, then BRC-20 follows, and the ORDI official has also responded with “coming soon.” At the same time, they started calling in market makers, and also dropped a 4-week light task campaign starting September 22, with rewards on FB—limited spots. This set of moves is very much like their usual style: first get whatever can run running, then build liquidity by stacking campaigns and assets. For retail users, it means two things: (1) you finally don’t have to keep buying and selling across a pile of fragmented markets; (2) early active addresses may be able to catch the first-week tasks, and the whitelist afterward is still worth keeping an eye on. Non-custodial, real trading on the mainnet, Runes first then BRC-20—Unisat wallet’s user flow can connect directly too. If you brothers want to play, first follow UniHexa and go check the order book on the beta yourself.$ORDI #unihexa #BRC20

UniHexa has been expanding the whitelist for almost 3 days now. I took a look at the current data. Here’s the conclusion straight away: Trading is enabled, but the market hasn’t really taken off yet. At the moment, there are only 3 Runes trading pairs. $DOG’s 24-hour trading volume is 0.00649642 BTC, about $492, and the page shows a market cap close to $95M. MIM and UNCOMMON•GOODS both have a 24-hour trading volume of 0. In the screenshot, the most recent few trades of $DOG are only around $7 to $10. This indicates that the product workflow really has been running and genuine trades are starting to appear. But the problem is equally clear. For an asset with a market cap close to $95M, there are only a few hundred dollars worth of trades in a day. With this level of liquidity, retail investors can buy in easily, but when they want to sell, there may not be someone to take the other side. UniHexa can only be said to have completed the first step for now—it’s not fair to say the market has already been built. The limited number of whitelisted users and the small number of trading pairs are objective reasons. Next, it still needs to continue opening up users and adding assets, and then bring in the project team and market-making funds. If you’re in the whitelist, you can test with a small amount—there’s no need to go heavy. Going forward, I’ll only watch three data points: When BRC-20 goes live, how many trading pairs can be added, and whether the 24-hour trading volume can keep increasing continuously. #unihexa #UniSat #bitcoin #runes

Hexa goes live, Lorenzo destroyed 2,196,466 FB on the spot yesterday. Why isn’t the price going up but instead falling? Good news is here: the burn is real, and the product is up. But everyone also knows this was coming—on the day it launches, it’s normal for the pre-arranged orders to start selling off. More realistically, it comes down to sentiment: existing holders don’t have enough confidence in FB and aren’t willing to add; meanwhile, outside money is also not yet being attracted to step in and take over. The halving and the Burn only reduce supply—Hexa is currently running on the BTC mainnet, and transactions aren’t required to use FB yet. Once the supply story is over, the demand story hasn’t started. But that doesn’t mean it has no value. The infrastructure phase has always been quiet—prices jump day to day, while the work is being done slowly. For those willing to make friends with time. Don’t believe this for the short term. If you still think highly of this chain and this set of tools for the long run, then in this kind of nobody-cares moment, it actually feels like it’s the time to stand on the side of time. $NVDAB

Don’t believe this for the short term. If you still think highly of this chain and this set of tools for the long run, then in this kind of nobody-cares moment, it actually feels like it’s the time to stand on the side of time.

UniHexa has started letting people in this time. Users who previously applied through the website or official channels have now all been added to the whitelist. Currently, it supports 3 types of Runes: UNCOMMON•GOODS, $DOG, and $MIM. BRC-20 will be added later as well. What UniHexa does is native Bitcoin asset trading. It supports multiple protocols, and the assets are controlled by users themselves. We’re still in the early stage. If you’re on the whitelist, you can try running the process with a small amount first to see whether order placement, execution, and withdrawals are smooth. What I’m most concerned about is when BRC-20 will go live, and which coins the first batch will support. #unihexa #UniSat #bitcoin #Runes

There are many projects in the Bitcoin ecosystem—during the Mint, a bunch of people rush to get in. After the Mint ends, once the coins are in hand, many people haven’t figured out how to proceed with many projects. In the end, there are no takers for the limit orders, the hype gradually dies down, and the projects also lose momentum. So issuance is only about producing the coins—the subsequent trading is what determines how long this coin can stay relevant and playable. That’s exactly the segment UniHexa wants to tackle. By using the order book and on-chain settlement, it provides a place to continue trading Bitcoin assets after the Mint ends. The project team can maintain its own market, and holders also get an additional entry point to buy and sell. This direction is quite practical. The Bitcoin ecosystem isn’t short of token/coin issuance—what it lacks is people who are still willing to keep buying and selling after the coin is issued. #unihexa #UniSat #bitcoin

Where will the next bull run on Bitcoin come from? Could it be in the Bitcoin ecosystem—who will be the one to really take off? It might be BRC-20 coming back again, or it could be Runes. Whether a new protocol will appear next—no one really knows. That’s also why I’m paying attention to UniHexa. Projects can chase the latest trends, but the trading entry needs to be prepared in advance. As long as there are still new assets coming out on the Bitcoin on-chain, and there are people buying and selling them, the market will need a more convenient place to trade. UniHexa is aiming at order-book matching and on-chain settlement. What they’re doing now is a bit like building a road ahead of time. You don’t know when the market will heat up, but you can pave the road first. When the next wave of Bitcoin asset momentum returns, whether UniHexa can capture these trading users. #unihexa #unisat的swap #Bitcoin

To trade with UniHexa, you need to first transfer assets such as BTC and Runes to a dedicated Trading Address. This address preserves the path for users to transfer assets out individually; the system handles order matching and on-chain settlement. Available assets can be withdrawn back to the original wallet at any time. I’m particularly interested in this design. Leave the trading experience to the platform, and users also keep themselves an exit route. #unihexa #unisat的swap #Bitcoin
