CRYPTOCURRENCIES AND THE 2026 ELECTION: WHAT FLÁVIO BOLSONARO’S PLAN PROPOSES? In the debate about the future of cryptoassets in Brazil, one of the points of attention is the economic and regulatory environment each administration intends to build. Flávio Bolsonaro’s government plan proposes reducing bureaucracy, revising regulations, lowering the tax burden, administrative reform, resuming privatizations, and increasing the participation of private investment in the economy. It also includes proposals to digitize public services, encourage artificial intelligence, startups, and technology companies. For the cryptoasset market, these guidelines could primarily influence five areas: 1. Regulatory environment A de-bureaucratization policy could change the cost and ease for financial technology companies, exchanges, and startups to operate in the country. 2. Taxation The proposal to review the tax structure could affect the cost of financial operations and investments, although the plan does not set out a specific policy for Bitcoin or other cryptoassets. 3. Technology and innovation The program calls for a national artificial intelligence strategy, support for startups, and expansion of digital infrastructure. This environment could be relevant for blockchain, tokenization, fintechs, and other segments of the digital economy. 4. Fiscal policy The plan proposes changes to fiscal rules, aims for primary surpluses, and reduces the debt/GDP ratio. If implemented, these measures could change expectations regarding interest rates, inflation, exchange rates, and the risk of Brazilian assets. 5. Private investment The proposal to expand privatizations and private participation in infrastructure could also create new markets for financial technology and digital assets. In summary: the possible impact of a Flávio Bolsonaro administration on crypto would be more directly tied to the fiscal, tax, regulatory, and innovation environment than to a specific policy aimed at increasing the value of cryptocurrencies. #Brasil $BTC $ETH

For the cryptoasset market, these guidelines could primarily influence five areas:

1. Regulatory environment
A de-bureaucratization policy could change the cost and ease for financial technology companies, exchanges, and startups to operate in the country.

2. Taxation
The proposal to review the tax structure could affect the cost of financial operations and investments, although the plan does not set out a specific policy for Bitcoin or other cryptoassets.

3. Technology and innovation
The program calls for a national artificial intelligence strategy, support for startups, and expansion of digital infrastructure. This environment could be relevant for blockchain, tokenization, fintechs, and other segments of the digital economy.

4. Fiscal policy
The plan proposes changes to fiscal rules, aims for primary surpluses, and reduces the debt/GDP ratio. If implemented, these measures could change expectations regarding interest rates, inflation, exchange rates, and the risk of Brazilian assets.

5. Private investment
The proposal to expand privatizations and private participation in infrastructure could also create new markets for financial technology and digital assets.

In summary: the possible impact of a Flávio Bolsonaro administration on crypto would be more directly tied to the fiscal, tax, regulatory, and innovation environment than to a specific policy aimed at increasing the value of cryptocurrencies.

Law earmarks lottery proceeds for the Brazilian Clubs CommitteeNew legislation amends the Lottery Law and replaces a transfer that previously went to the National Federation of Sports Clubs; oversight is handled by the TCU. Law No. 15.523/2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on September 29, 2026, determines that 0.01% of the revenue from federal lottery games be allocated to the Brazilian Clubs Committee (CBC). The objective is to finance the development, training, and coaching of sports managers across the country. ˗ˋˏ📰ˎˊ˗ 𝐅𝐋𝐀́𝐕𝐈𝐎 𝐁𝐎𝐋𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐀 𝐋𝐔𝐋𝐀 𝐍𝐎 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐘𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐓❗ In Brazil, the 2026 presidential race has picked up a new sign of tension. On Polymarket, consulted on September 13, Flávio Bolsonaro appears with 49.7% implied probability of victory, versus 49% for Lula. The difference is just 0.7 percentage points. 🔥 The dashboard also shows a strong shift in perception: Lula is down by -11%, while Flávio is up by +48%. But pay attention: this doesn’t mean Lula lost 11 points of voting intention. Those figures represent changes within the prediction market, and the story itself notes that the window used by Polymarket isn’t clear. The main market has already moved approximately: US$ 149.2 MILLION 🧐And the second-round scenario shows practically the same two names: ➜ Flávio▸ 97% chance to advance ➜ Lula▸96% 👀 But electoral polls tell a slightly different story. In Datafolha released on September 11, Lula has 39% in the first round, versus 35% for Flávio. In the second round, the score is 46% x 44%, a technical tie. Meanwhile, AtlasIntel/Bloomberg showed 46.4% for Flávio and 46.2% for Lula in a direct simulation. That is: POLYMARKET: Flávio slightly ahead. POLLING: extremely tight race. 🔥 The most important point is not to confuse the two things. Polymarket measures probability traded by market participants. Election polling measures voting intention from interviewed voters. Decisive weeks are still ahead — and this race is becoming more and more unpredictable. ..........................................⟡$DOT ⟡............................................. 👇 Do you think the prediction market is anticipating a turning point, or just reacting to the moment? {spot}(ZECUSDT) #Eleicoes2026 #Polymarket #brasil

In Brazil, the 2026 presidential race has picked up a new sign of tension.

The main market has already moved approximately:
US$ 149.2 MILLION
🧐And the second-round scenario shows practically the same two names:
➜ Flávio▸ 97% chance to advance
➜ Lula▸96%

👀 But electoral polls tell a slightly different story.
That is:
POLYMARKET: Flávio slightly ahead.
POLLING: extremely tight race.

🔥 The most important point is not to confuse the two things.
Polymarket measures probability traded by market participants.
Election polling measures voting intention from interviewed voters.
Decisive weeks are still ahead — and this race is becoming more and more unpredictable.
