Binance Red Envelope / Rewards Hub promotions use an automated risk & eligibility assessment. The message "Your account is not eligible to claim this red envelope at this time as per the activity's terms" means your account has failed that activity's risk/eligibility check and is therefore blocked from claiming rewards for this promotion (and generally from Binance promotional rewards/red envelopes).

This restriction is NOT about your balance or login; it is triggered when Binance's system detects account behavior or attributes that do not meet the promotion's fairness & compliance criteria. Behaviors that commonly cause this include (but are not limited to):
Wash trading/self-dealing/market manipulation patterns
Batch or bulk registration /
multiple related accounts
Use of automation/bots or scripts to claim rewards
Other abnormal or suspicious activity patterns flagged by the risk system.
Impact & scope:
. This restriction applies only to promotions, rewards, vouchers, and red envelopes; your normal account functions (trading, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.) remain unaffected.
The restriction is temporary. Binance's system automatically re-assesses accounts periodically: if no suspicious behavior is detected in future assessments, eligibility for promotions/rewards can be restored.
What you can do:
Do not attempt to bypass or work around the restriction (e.g., using another account or scripts), as that can extend or worsen the restriction.
If the claim page/pop-up shows an "Appeal" or "Submit Appeal" option for this restriction, you may submit an appeal there; review typically takes up to 7 days.
Otherwise, continue normal account usage and wait for the next automatic risk reassessment; eligibility may be lifted in a future assessment cycle.
