Strive reported $509.0 million in Q3 GAAP net income. Its filing also shows $533.7 million in unrealized gains on digital assets at fair value—a mark-to-market accounting gain, not cash realized from selling Bitcoin. The company says it acquired 8,136 BTC in Q3 and another 15,124 BTC from Oct. 1–30. It also raised about $609 million net through its SATS preferred-stock offering. Strive’s own release cautions that its “Bitcoin Yield” metric does not account for where the purchase capital came from or preferred holders’ senior claims; the company has not specified how much of the offering funded BTC purchases. The treasury grew, but the funding structure matters too. When you assess a corporate Bitcoin treasury, which do you weigh more: BTC accumulated or the cost and priority of the capital behind it? I keep coming back to one number in this transfer: 4,259. That is how much bitcoin wallets linked to Trump Media & Technology Group, the Truth Social parent, moved to Crypto.com today — roughly $343 million, in two batches of 2,140 and 2,119 BTC, per Arkham data via CoinDesk. What caught my eye is the label: collateral for the company's 2028 convertible notes. Its June filing put that collateral at 4,260.73 BTC, withdrawals restricted under the loan terms — so this is essentially the whole collateral stack changing address. A transfer is not a sale, and past moves to the same platform were described by the company as custody or trading management, not sales. But noteholders can demand repayment on November 30, and its filing warned it might have to sell bitcoin if refinancing falls short. For context only, $BTC is near $80,564 (+4.0%/24h) and $ETH near $2,427 (+6.4%) on Binance spot — not a reaction I am attributing to this move. Collateral-sized move, or just treasury plumbing until November 30 — which worries you more? NFA, DYOR. $BTC #CryptoMarkets #BitcoinTreasury #TrumpMedia #OnChain

While ETF holders sold, treasury buyers kept buying above the current price, and that split is the story of today. 📰 CoinJuice reported on 3 November that Strategy bought 811 Bitcoin for about 65.5 million dollars between 26 October and 1 November, at an average of 80,846 dollars per coin, taking its holdings to 849,327 Bitcoin at an average cost of 75,451 dollars, while Strive bought 124 Bitcoin for about 10 million dollars. 📊 My reading is that this split matters more than any single headline. ETF holders sold 398 million dollars on Monday, yet the biggest treasury buyer paid well above todays price, which means one group is de risking while another is adding at a loss. At 77,053 dollars, Bitcoin sits only about 2 percent above Strategys average cost, so its conviction gets tested fast if 76,303 breaks. Strategy stock fell 7.86% and the index risk is getting real. CoinDesk reports MSCI-style index reviews could flag Strategy ($MSTR) and Metaplanet as potential exclusions, which could trigger passive fund selling. That would hit their ability to keep buying $BTC with fresh capital. My take: the bitcoin treasury model leans on market access as much as on price, so index rules matter more than most holders think. Do you see treasury companies as a bullish force for $BTC or a hidden risk if they're forced to sell? #Strategy #BitcoinTreasury #Crypto Not financial advice.

The world’s largest stablecoin issuer turns out to be sitting on a pile of $11.5 billion in Bitcoin—but the official figures are lower than what was announced. The facts: Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said in his keynote at the Plan ₿ Forum in Lugano on Nov. 3 that Tether holds around 150,000 BTC, worth about $11.5 billion (CoinDesk, CryptoNews, Nov. 3). Tether’s Q3 reserve report, audited by BDO (Sept. 30), lists only $8.37 billion in BTC—equivalent to around 100,060 BTC. Ardoino didn’t explain where the additional roughly 50,000 BTC are held or when they were bought. So the gap is not proof of a new purchase of 50,000 BTC. Tether has had a policy in place since May 2023 of allocating up to 15% of its quarterly net profits to Bitcoin. My take: the gap is what’s interesting. On the one hand, Tether is now the second-largest corporate Bitcoin holder after Strategy (around 849,327 BTC). On the other hand, the market can verify only around 100,000 BTC through reserve reports—the rest is a CEO’s claim that hasn’t been documented. With BTC still hovering around $77,400 tonight, I read a claim this large as a signal of conviction, not as on-chain proof. What I’m watching: whether Tether documents where those additional coins are held, and what the Q4 attestation shows. Do you think a claim like this, without wallet details, is enough to trust—or should we hold off until there’s proof? This is my analysis, not financial advice—always DYOR. #Tether #BitcoinTreasury $BTC $USDT

Strategy's bitcoin plan has a date circled: November 11. That's when an index decision could affect how the largest corporate $BTC holder is treated by passive funds. The outcome matters because index inclusion can drive steady, rules-based buying or selling, separate from price action. My take: a quiet catalyst that many traders overlook while headlines focus on the Binance hack and ETF outflows. Fear & Greed still reads about 31. Do you think index treatment of BTC treasury companies is a net positive for $BTC? Why or why not? #Strategy #BitcoinTreasury #Crypto

Datavault AI took in about 1,309 BTC from Scilex as payment for its shares in late 2025. Since June it has been unable to withdraw that bitcoin from its Biconomy wallet, and on Tuesday its stock fell 49.6% to about $0.067. The coins never moved on-chain. Scilex credited them to Datavault inside the Biconomy exchange, and per Scilex's own report, Biconomy had supplied that bitcoin in the first place. Datavault now says the coins should have been booked as money Scilex owes it. More than a year of its accounts will be restated, cutting reported assets by $92.2M at the end of 2025 and $49M at the end of June. We lined up the prices this same bitcoin has carried. The September 2025 deal valued it at $112,916 per BTC. Datavault later sold 491.4 BTC back to Scilex for $40.5M, about $82,400 each. A June term sheet has Scilex buying 837 BTC for $50M, about $59,700 each. At today's price near $80,900, 837 BTC is worth about $67.7M. Bitcoin has closed above that line every day since September 18 — so the group sits on unrealized profit. But their buying hasn't returned with the price: every month since June has added less than a tenth of the November 2024 peak. Think about what that means. The October 15 sweep to $80.1K bounced right off that cost base — bids are still there when price dips. Yet the aggressive monthly accumulation that defined the treasury-company bid has vanished. In profit, underwater on appetite. Why it matters: treasury companies became one of this cycle's structural buyers. If the group holding BTC at $80.2K decides it has enough, the next leg up needs a different buyer. What would it take for the corporate bid to return — a break above $87K, or something else entirely? MicroStrategy bought more Bitcoin again: this time, 267 $BTC . JAN3 co-founder Samson Mow says companies with Bitcoin treasuries, including $MSTR , are “severely undervalued.” Meanwhile, analysts warn that the era of “easy money” is over, so accumulation is no longer as fast as it used to be. Purchases have become smaller, but steady. Do you believe $MSTR is undervalued, or is it just a narrative? 👇 #Strategy #Saylor #BitcoinTreasury

Elon Musk just confirmed it: SpaceX and Tesla are exploring a merger that would put 30,221 $BTC on one corporate balance sheet. On SpaceX's Q3 earnings call Tuesday, Musk said both formed special committees of independent directors to assess a deal. The stash: SpaceX's 18,712 BTC plus Tesla's 11,509 BTC, per June 30 filings — roughly $2.5 billion at today's price. No terms are agreed, and Musk can't join the talks — he's conflicted. On Tesla's side a deal needs 50% of ALL shares, not just votes cast. Musk warned against treating it as certain: people assuming it happens are "overstating it." Why it matters: the world's most visible entrepreneur putting 30,221 $BTC under one roof is a structural confidence signal for bitcoin as a treasury asset. Honest caveat: a merger consolidates existing coins — it buys zero new bitcoin. SpaceX shares jumped ~9% in premarket, and BTC touched a one-week high near $83,500 in the same session. Does a 30,000-BTC balance sheet make bitcoin look more legitimate — or more centralized? NFA. DYOR. $BTC #Bitcoin #CryptoNews #BitcoinTreasury #Tesla
