My first Labubu is this Sanrio Cinnamoroll collab, bought at an official POP MART store in Nanjing tonight. And I'm thoroughly disappointed.
The quality is genuinely poor: plush fur is a mess, loose threads sticking out everywhere in uneven lengths. The light blue fabric looks dull and dingy, off-grey, yellowish, just looks dirty.
The Cinnamoroll costume has many loose threads, seams already coming apart.

Major Update: Dubai's Real Estate Investor Residency Policy Shake-up
The previous minimum property value threshold of 750,000 AED for the 2-year investor visa has officially been removed.
New rules (effective this week):
As long as you are the sole owner of any property in Dubai, you can apply for investor residency. No minimum value requirement, no barriers.
Changes in co-ownership of properties:
In cases of joint ownership, each investor can apply separately as long as their share reaches 400,000 AED. This means if two people buy an apartment worth 800,000 AED, both can obtain residency—something that was previously impossible.

In the announcement from Websea, the Gamefi token MH comes from Meta Heaven, which is a farm-themed Web3 game incubated by Websea.

The WLFI public lock-up token unlocking plan from the Trump family has kicked off voting for holders.

A whopping 99.93% of token holders have cast their votes in favor, achieving an overwhelming victory.
The current proposal up for vote is:
1. Locking 10% of the total token supply (that’s 4,523,858,565 WLFI) which meets the conditions for permanent burn, and will be removed from the total supply.
2. The remaining 90% of tokens, which is 40,714,727,082 WLFI, will undergo a cliff lock for 2 years, followed by 3 years of linear vesting, with tokens starting to unlock in the second year and fully distributed by the fifth year.

Every time I head back home, I can't help but feel the quality of life is just too high! Passing through Changsha, I grab dinner solo, order a couple of dishes, with some meat and veggies, plus rice, yogurt, tea, and napkins, and the total comes to just 55 RMB.

To those overseas friends who are bearish on China, you’ve really lost touch with reality and can't appreciate how great it is here: the most driven people can take something as simple as a fish and perfect it, and that level of determination will flip the world upside down.

Here’s what I’m thinking:
If SBF promises to pay back (part of) the debts owed to all those creditors over the next 20 years,
would the creditors agree to cut him some slack and submit a pardon request to the relevant authorities—like the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), the U.S. Parole Commission (USPC), the U.S. Probation Office, or even President Trump?
Could this lead to SBF getting released under some regulatory terms?
The real question is: Is SBF bold enough to make such a promise?
And would the creditors actually believe he has the chops to pay it back?
If I were one of the creditors, I’d say I believe he can.
I think SBF has learned from his past mistakes and will come out stronger.
Rather than locking him up doing nothing, why not push him to work harder than ever? That’s the kind of punishment I can get behind.
Having SBF “work his butt off to pay debts” is definitely better than wasting a brilliant mind with a keen investment sense.
It’s way better than just tossing him in a cell to rot.
