KITE (also known as KITE AI) is an EVM-compatible layer-1 network, specifically designed to support a decentralized AI economy ecosystem. The project aims to create infrastructure for secure, verified, and programmable interactions between AI agents, with a focus on digital transactions and identity management. To realize its vision, KITE has established several strategic partnerships with other projects in the crypto world, such as the following:
1. Codatta
Codatta is a decentralized data protocol that provides a pool of high-quality, verified data for AI applications, focusing on fields such as healthcare and robotics that require extremely high accuracy and traceability of data. As the first data module project incubated in the KITE AI ecosystem, Codatta is strategically tied to KITE. Access to and transactions of Codatta data fully rely on identity authentication mechanisms, permission management, and on-chain settlement provided by KITE, allowing it to achieve unprecedented security and compliance in the field of sensitive data.
2. EigenLayer
In April 2025, KITE AI announced a strategic partnership with EigenLayer, an Ethereum-based restaking protocol, to integrate EigenLayer's restaking technology into the KITE AI on-chain AI asset market. This integration includes EigenLayer's Active Validation Services (AVS) into the KITE market, bringing verified trust to the AI inference and asset display process. By utilizing restaked validators to verify computations, KITE introduces a secure decentralized framework that ensures the accuracy and reliability of AI models, datasets, and agents — rooted in the proven security of Ethereum.
3. Bitget Wallet
In August 2025, Bitget Wallet, a decentralized crypto wallet, has integrated with KITE AI to develop a strong foundation for the agentic internet. This integration allows users to add the KITE testnet and transfer tokens $KITE (testnet), providing a seamless environment to experiment with KITE testnet assets. Additionally, this move also enhances user experience and promotes active participation in the KITE AI ecosystem, as well as opening opportunities for developers to build, test, and refine AI-based dapps in a secure and cost-effective environment.
4. Pieverse
According to KITE's price prediction report in December 2025, KITE has integrated with Pieverse for cross-chain agent payments. This collaboration aims to enhance the transaction capabilities of AI agents across various blockchain networks, supporting the expansion of KITE's decentralized AI economy ecosystem.
In addition to the partnerships above, KITE has also received financial support from leading investors such as PayPal Ventures and General Catalyst, which led a Series A fundraising of 18 million USD, bringing the total funds raised to 33 million USD.
