🔥 Why do many people buy at the peak – sell at the bottom?
After observing the crypto market for a while, I realized a recurring loop:
Price rises → everyone FOMO buys in.
Price drops → panic selling.
Result: buying at the peak, selling at the bottom.
3 main reasons leading to this:
1️⃣ Not understanding the trend
Seeing a green candle means thinking the market is strong. But sometimes it's just a bounce in a downtrend.
2️⃣ Making decisions based on emotions
Greed and fear always drive actions if there is no clear plan.
3️⃣ Lack of patience
A slight drop causes worry, a slight rise brings joy. It's hard for the account to grow sustainably.
