У матеріалах аналітиків згадується, що “зникнення балансу” часто пов’язане саме з проблемами серверів, API даних або кеш-пам’яті, а не з крадіжками. У підтримці Trust Wallet рекомендують перевіряти баланс напряму через блокчейн-експлорери (наприклад, Etherscan, BscScan) — це дає підтвердження, що активи “там, де треба”. Також радять перевірити, чи токен “включений” у списку відображення в гаманці (інколи токени приховані).

⚠️ Основні ризики та застереження
Паніка ≠ факт зламу. Коли баланси зникають у UI, люди часто одразу думають про крадіжку — але у багатьох випадках це технічна помилка.Часткове відновлення — сигнал слабкості систем моніторингу. Якщо деякі токени повернулися, а деякі — ні, це говорить про фрагментарну синхронізацію даних.Будь-який інтерфейс — це лише “вікно” до ланцюга.
