🔴 THE BIGGEST CONTRADICTION OF BINANCE: Who are the real bots? 🤔🤖

It’s very frustrating to deal with the situation that real users on Binance Square and Binance Live are going through. When we try to claim a simple Red Box (Red Envelope), the platform blocks us with the message: "According to the terms of the promotion, your account is not eligible to claim this Red Box at this time".

They falsely label us as "bots" or suspicious accounts, limiting our participation in community activities without any clear justification.

But here comes the real irony—the biggest contradiction of all: When a real user tries to appeal, claim, or look for support to fix this error, the one who responds to you with automatic messages is a BOT. ❌🤖

* If we’re human, they treat us like bots.

* If we look for human help, a bot is who answers us.

We demand that Binance review its detection algorithms. It isn’t fair that active users—who give life to the community—are being penalized by faulty automated systems while real support is nowhere to be found.

We want solutions for legitimate accounts!

I just received a notification that my account was detected for violating rules, so I’m unable to participate in the campaign or receive rewards.

I want to explain that I have never cheated or manipulated the system. I only moved my account to a new device, and after that, my account was detected for a violation.

I sincerely hope the Binance team can manually review my account. If there is any activity that is considered a violation, I would also really like to know what the reason is so I can understand it and not repeat it.

Binance Web3 Wallet Recovery Issue

My funds have been locked in my Binance Web3 Wallet since 2023. I no longer have access to the private key or seed phrase, but I still have the original QR code backup.

According to Binance Support documentation, there should be an option to restore the wallet using a QR code. However, I cannot find any “Restore with QR Code” or similar recovery option in the current Binance app.

I have already checked the Web3 Wallet section, but the QR-code recovery option is not available.

* Private key: Not available
* Seed phrase: Not available
* Issue: No QR-code recovery option in the Binance app
* Funds: Locked/inaccessible since 2023
