Binance has just upped its USD1 event again!
Before, everyone was chasing the pot from 6/12 - 7/10 to split 178 million WLFI tokens. We thought the benefits were already pretty generous—turns out Binance directly threw in another big move: a “1.2x annualized bonus.”
//
Let me quickly summarize the new rules after this update:
If you want to receive this 1.2x bonus, the requirement is clear: starting from July 3, you need to ensure that, in Binance’s futures or margin accounts, your daily open position on the USD1 contract trading pair is at least 300 USD1.
In plain terms, as long as you hold USD1, and you’re used to doing some futures or margin trading as usual, simply keeping a 300-dollar position most of the time will let you earn this additional bonus. Compared with the previous single-type position reward, this “position + trading” dual incentive is clearly intended to push up USD1 liquidity further.
//
This also shows that USD1’s importance within the Binance ecosystem is rising fast. For regular users like us, it’s not just about holding to earn—more like an “upgrade to capital utilization efficiency.”
Especially for friends who already use contract strategies—since having positions is already standard practice, now you can also take in an extra annualized bonus. Why not?
A few suggestions:
Check your positions: If you were already participating in the event, remember to go to the back office to confirm whether your current contract position meets the 300 USD1 threshold.
Calculate the cost: While maintaining the position, pay attention to risk management in your contract account. Don’t sacrifice your principal just to chase that bonus.
Deadline: The event runs until July 10. There are still a few days left—so it’s not too late to act now.
Anyway, I feel that with this move, USD1’s competitiveness on Binance has climbed another level. If you missed this rules update, go check your entitlements in the back office now.
