⚖️ CLARITY ACT WAS NOT APPROVED — THE MARKET REACTS, BUT WE STAY STEADFAST

📉 What happened: The Clarity Act did not get the 60 votes needed in the US Senate and did not move forward. Regulatory uncertainty remains, and the market reacted lower:

- 🔴 XRP: fell ~3%–5% due to disappointment
- 🔴 ETH: fell ~2%–4%
- 🔴 SOL: fell ~3%–6%
- 🔴 BTC: fell ~2%–3%
- 🔴 Nearly the entire market pulled back between 2% and 6%

🧠 Why? Because these cryptocurrencies depend on an official definition of whether they are commodities or financial securities. Without a law, doubt continues and the market gets spooked in the short term.

💎 BUT WE SEE FURTHER:

- ✅ It does not change XRP’s real value: it’s still the most widely used technology for cross-border payments in the world. The law may be delayed, but its usefulness is not going anywhere.
- ✅ ETH, SOL, and BTC: they remain the pillars of the ecosystem. One vote doesn’t erase years of development, adoption, and worldwide use.
- ✅ The declines are temporary; the outlook is long-term: what drops today due to political news will recover tomorrow when reality speaks. The market always returns to real value.
- ✅ We keep building our portfolio: we diversify, accumulate on dips, and maintain faith in what has real-world use, a strong team, and global adoption.

🚀 The law may take months or years. But the future of crypto is already here. And we’re already here too.
