I caught myself today thinking that sometimes I want to jump into a trade "just because".

Not because I see a solid setup or have a plan, strategy, but just because the market moved and I have this thought in my head: "I need to hop on this rocket". I used to do that and then didn’t even know why I was doing it. I think it happens out of greed.
I believe that in those moments, it's best to step back for a bit, distract myself, watch some reels, cook lunch, not look at the market, and not enter any trades. Sometimes it's better to just close the charts for the day.
After all, the market isn't going anywhere. But the account balance might be at risk)
