Solana treasury company DeFi Development Corp (NASDAQ DFDV) has added more again: it newly bought about 55,491 $SOL, bringing its holdings to around 2.389 million SOL (including equivalents).
At the same time, it launched a CHAD preferred stock ATM plan with a maximum size of about $300 million, planning to sell at a face value of ≥$10. The funds raised are mainly intended to keep accumulating SOL. Last week it just launched an initial offering of about $11 million (Tom Lee’s side also participated).
