where it is today:
- the feature gate sits under "Pending Testnet Activation", no epoch set
- no mainnet date announced
- Firedancer and Frankendancer don't support it yet, so the test runs on Agave only
some headlines are running Sept. 28 as the launch
that date is Agave 4.3 turning on features on mainnet in general
