Binance’s 9th recovery update is here: another batch of withdrawals opens at noon today, this time for USDE, PENDLE, and ZRO.
Binance just released security incident recovery progress update #9. Starting at 12:00 Beijing time today, withdrawals for another batch of assets will gradually open.
This batch covers 9 networks, including BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, and Arbitrum. The list includes USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, XRP, and CAKE.
Same as before: withdrawals will open gradually in batches, not all at once. Deposits have remained normal, and assets are prioritized based on user demand over the past week.
The market isn’t looking great: BTC is currently at $75,674, down 5.59% over the past 24 hours (TradingView live price).
I think the recovery is basically moving at a pace of one batch a day: the first batch on November 1, the second on November 3, 62 tokens on November 5, and now another batch in update #9.
Of the $6.3 billion shortfall from October 29, the official figure was that about 98% had been replenished by November 4. What remains is the tough stuff with poor liquidity.
If you hold any of these coins and have been waiting to withdraw, check the withdrawal page now to see if withdrawals are available. If it says they haven’t opened yet, don’t worry—they’re going through security checks one by one.
If there’s no movement on tonight’s batch for a while, that means the pace has slowed.
Do you think Binance’s recovery is fast or slow? A: Fast. B: We’ll have to wait longer.
