Friends, yesterday I shared an informative message AMA сесія with Binance regional director Kyrylo Khomyakov.

I know not everyone has enough free time, so here’s a quick overview:

✅For those in Ukraine
If you are verified with Ukrainian documents and live in Ukraine, MiCA does not apply to you. You can continue to trade all products and stablecoins (including USDT) without restrictions.

🇪🇺 For Ukrainians in the EU
If your account is registered with a European address, you fall under MiCA regulation. Check your email—Binance has sent details on what possible restrictions may apply in your country.

🔶Licensing in the EU
Binance is actively working to obtain MiCA licensing. The terms depend on the regulator, and the company plans to clarify this question over the coming months.

💳Binance Card?
Binance is already working on a new card specifically for Ukraine. We’re expecting launch this year. It will be virtual, with support for Apple/Google Pay and built-in cashback.

💰What about taxes?
Binance does not automatically pass your data to the tax authorities. The company is not a tax agent, and user privacy remains a priority.

📜When will legalization happen in Ukraine?
In all likelihood—mid-2027. The law will be similar to the European MiCA.

So, for the Ukrainian market—everything’s fine.

ETH is expected to perform with +11% over 7 days, while BTC is somewhere around +4.2%.
SOL and TRX are basically in the basement.

Reason - the money is flying into spot ETFs: $96 million over three days, the most into the Blаck_Rock fund — over $45 million just in the middle of the week. Plus, Robinhood Chain is adding to the ETH gas pot daily by over $800 million, especially on memecoins 🤡

🚀About BTC
Analysts say the bottom is already forming, but there are no signals yet for a big rally packet. The key level is $69,000 — the break-even point for short-term holders. Sellers have backed off, ETF inflows are stabilizing.

The Fear & Greed Index has exited the “extreme fear” zone and is now at 28 points.
