🚨 Binance reports a $6.3B security breach 🚨
Billions left Binance wallets overnight. The exchange estimates that around $6.3 billion in assets were affected, with roughly $3 billion frozen so far. That is a major part of the response, but freezing funds is not the same as getting them back.
The attack began on October 29 and spread across ten blockchains. Investigators at TRM Labs put the stolen total at approximately $6.36 billion, making it the largest crypto theft they have recorded.
The suspected entry point? An engineer’s compromised laptop. Binance’s preliminary investigation points to unauthorized withdrawals submitted through an internal service. It has not found evidence that wallet private keys were leaked. The full technical explanation is still pending.
The fallout reached DeFi, too. An attacker-linked wallet deposited $60M in USDT into Aave and borrowed roughly $44.6M in WETH. Aave subsequently restricted new deposits and borrowing across numerous markets, while existing withdrawals and repayments remained available.
Binance has paused deposits and withdrawals and says it will absorb the losses using SAFU and company funds. An updated reserve report is promised after remediation.

It should check X for new airdrops, drop the ones that are already sold out or unverified, and only bring me one safe, simple option to confirm - like a waitlist with no gas and no signature. That is how an agent should protect my time and my wallet.

For the first time since September 21, Bitcoin's 30-day exchange netflow has flipped positive.
In just 10 days, the average jumped from −3,950 BTC to +182 BTC. Six weeks of net exchange outflows are over.
The interesting part? $BTC is still holding around $80K, and we haven't seen heavy selling pressure yet. 📊
Back in February and June, inflows of 4K–5K BTC were followed by major corrections.
My focus is on the +2,000 BTC level. If exchange inflows keep growing and BTC loses $80K, the next downside targets are $77K → $75.8K.
For now, the warning signal is there, but the real selling pressure hasn't arrived. 🐋
