I’m used to crypto trading, where selling usually means the funds are available almost instantly.

For US stocks / ETF, if I place a sell order outside regular US market hours, can it be executed right away, or does it wait until the US market opens?

After the sell order is filled, can I use the USDC immediately, or does it still follow the US T+1 settlement rule?

Also, how are cash dividends, stock dividends, or stock splits handled, especially for fractional shares?

For people who already trade both crypto and stocks, what is the biggest thing a crypto user should understand before buying US stocks for the first time?

What are Alpha Points?
Binance Alpha Points is a scoring system designed to evaluate user activity within the Binance Alpha ecosystem and Binance Wallet, thereby determining whether you qualify to participate in campaigns such as Token Generation Events (TGE) and Alpha token airdrops.

Binance Alpha Points are calculated daily based on your total asset balance and the volume of Alpha token purchases on the Binance exchange and Binance Wallet (non-custodial address). Please note that selling Alpha tokens does not contribute to Alpha Points at this stage.

Alpha Points are the total accumulated daily points combining Balance Points and Volume Points over the past 15 days.

There are two calculation methods:

1️⃣ Rule of Volume Points
Based on the volume of Alpha token purchases on Binance exchange or Binance wallet:
-2$: 1 point
- 4$: 2 points
- 8$: 3 points
- 16$: 4 points
- 32$: 5 points
- 64$: 6 points
- 128$: 7 points
- 256$: 8 points
- 512$: 9 points

2️⃣ Rule of Balance Points
Based on the balance of each account (total value of Spot and Alpha tokens in the Binance wallet):
- From ≥100$ to <1000$: 1 point
- From ≥1000$ to <10000$: 2 points
- From ≥10000$ to <100000$: 3 points
- From ≥100000$: 4 points

Received the same, but the megadrop must be sent fixed with the staff to receive the token.
