IRS finally doing something good for crypto 😅

Forbes is reporting - IRS plans to LOWER tax penalties for crypto cases. Finally!

Before it was taking 1+ year to resolve, now they saying 120 days only. And no separate harsh treatment for crypto, same as normal tax cases.

Honestly this is super bullish for us. A lot of people were scared to enter crypto because of tax issues in US. Now maybe more volume will come?

$BTC - Is the bottom almost in?

Alright guys, quick update on BTC.

We called the local top at 87k and we got that -7% correction. So far so good.

LTF: we swept that 84.4k internal liquidity and got the bearish retest i was waiting for.

So whats next for me?

Honestly, I’m expecting one more flush. Probably around 28-30th Oct. That should be the absolute bottom before we go for a new high.

I’m not shorting this, just waiting.

2 levels I’m watching closely:

77k-78k -> will start scaling into swing longs here
75k -> that mFVG level, it has a crazy high fill rate. If we get it, I’ll DCA hard.

After that? Looking at 95k-100k for the next major top.

Thats my plan. Simple.

$ALT is looking weak after that 19% pump

I saw clear rejection at the top, sellers are stepping in now. I am planning to short this.

Here is my setup, keeping it simple:

Resistance is 0.01205 to 0.01352 - this is my short zone
I will enter like this:
Entry 1 at 0.01205 with 60% size
Entry 2 at 0.01248 with 20%
Entry 3 at 0.01352 with 20%

For targets I am looking at 0.01103, then 0.01042, 0.00953 and final 0.00848

Stop loss I kept at 0.01548, if it goes above that I am out.

If price doesn't come to entry 2 and 3, I will just use full size at entry 1. Please keep your size small, don't risk too much.
