The case of Vespasian. When Vespasian's son, Titus, reproached his father for introducing a tax on public toilets, the emperor held a coin from the first revenues up to his son's nose and asked if it smelled; upon the negative reply, Vespasian remarked that money still comes from 'urine'—
The toilet tax. The tax was indeed imposed on revenues from public toilets and the sale of urine (which was used in leather production and other crafts), thus the anecdote illustrates Vespasian's practical approach to filling the treasury

GLM shows a moderately bullish sentiment: entry possible from $0.329–0.331 with confirmation of a bullish candle and volume, exit at the $0.341–0.346 zone. moderate growth expected — from $0.335 to $0.3416, with a possible correction. Technical indicators show a bullish bias, but RSI is close to the neutral zone, requiring caution. Entry points for upward movement — from $0.329 to $0.335 upon confirmation of candlestick and volume. --- Patterns and structure - after the upward impulse — consolidation in a narrow range of $0.329–$0.335.
"Double bottom" (possible formation): levels $0.1379 and $0.1390 — if there's an upward breakout, it's a signal for a reversal. - "Engulfing" (bullish engulfing): if a bullish candle appears on the 1-hour chart, covering the previous bearish candle — this is an entry point for a rise. - "Flag" or "triangle": consolidation in a narrow range — an upward breakout is possible with increasing volume.
And who is foolish, and who is smart? There are no foolish or smart people. If a fool starts acting wisely, he can no longer be called foolish; and if a smart person starts doing foolish things, others will say: 'Well, that's definitely foolish.'
People judge actions through the lens of expectations and labels—if a person with a 'fool' reputation does something smart, it doesn't change their label; if someone considered smart commits a foolish act, others quickly attribute foolishness to them.
Consequence: reputation and bias outweigh individual actions; fair evaluation often doesn't happen.
