How do I securely buy my first USDT in Venezuela?
P2P trading is our best ally, but you need to know how to navigate it. Here are my 3 golden rules:
1️⃣ Set your filters like a pro:
When entering P2P, don’t just look at the general list. Go to the Filter icon and set:
▫️ Amount: Enter exactly how much you’re going to invest (e.g. 200 VES).
▫️ Payment Method: Select your local bank (Banesco, Mercantil, Pago Móvil).
▫️ Only merchant ads: Activate this to see only those with the yellow check (more reliable).
2️⃣ The buying process:
▫️ Select the seller: Choose one with over 95% completed orders.
▫️ Start the order: Enter the amount and hit "Buy."
▫️ Make the payment: Copy the banking details. IMPORTANT: The payment must come from your own bank account.
▫️ Notify: Once the transfer is done, click the button "Transferred, notify the seller."
3️⃣ Towards automatic savings:
Once the seller releases your USDT, don’t let them sit "dormant" in the Funds wallet. There’s a way for them to start generating daily yields on their own, without you having to do anything else.
