XINBA's account has been suspended for 60 days! 27 affiliated anchors punished, Kuaishou strongly promotes compliance governance

On December 23, 2025, Kuaishou E-commerce issued a heavy penalty announcement. Top anchor XINBA (Xin Youzhi) was suspended for 60 days due to false advertising issues. The affiliated "Shi Da Piao Liang" was additionally suspended for 60 days, and 27 related anchors including Mao Meimei and Chu Ruixue were each punished with a 15-day account suspension. Everyone must participate in compliance training.

This penalty stems from the aftermath of the "syrup bird's nest" incident. According to the investigation by the Guangzhou Market Supervision Administration, XINBA's team exaggerated the efficacy of bird's nest products during the live broadcast, falsely advertising a flavored beverage as having a high content of bird's nest, violating the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law." The company involved has been fined 900,000 yuan. Testing showed that the product's characteristic ingredient, sialic acid, contained only 0.13g/kg, actually being an ordinary beverage, which seriously misled consumers.
