Four projects at the same time, fully remotely and without strict working hours – this is what the most intense stage of KryptoTrener's career looked like. The online creator and investor describes how remote work allowed him to achieve financial success and build a financial advantage without sitting in an office. His experiences show not only the benefits of such a model, but also the traps that are rarely talked about openly.
Remote work is a great privilege, but also a huge responsibility. That's why KryptoTrener directly reveals what it entails.
“Remote work is my foundation for big money”
Remote work today has as many supporters as opponents. Some see it as a shortcut, while others view it as a real opportunity for better money and greater control over their own time. However, the Polish investor – KryptoTrener shows something that rarely breaks into public discussion. He claims that with the right approach, a remote work model can become a tool for development and career building.
KryptoTrener points out in his posts that remote work was one of the key foundations of his financial success. Early in his marketing career, he noticed that most tasks could be performed flexibly, without rigidly monitoring working hours. This allowed him to complete duties faster and more efficiently, saving time that in a traditional model is consumed by commutes and office routine.
At the peak of his career, KryptoTrener was simultaneously working on as many as four marketing projects. As he emphasizes, teams often were not aware that he was collaborating with other companies at the same time, as only the results of the work mattered.
“At the beginning of my 'career' in marketing, I quickly realized that most of the tasks I was responsible for could be organized in such a way as to minimize the amount of time dedicated to them. At the peak of my '9-5' career, I worked on 4 projects at once, and none were aware of the existence of the other.”
By working in several places at once, the investor could count on earning even 3000 USD from a single project. He maintained this model for about two years. During this time, three out of four projects ended at different stages, but each brought additional compensation in the form of tokens. According to KryptoTrener, this was a significant bonus that further increased the profitability of working in the crypto sector.
Pros and cons of remote work
The creator also addresses accusations regarding 'gaming the system' with remote work. In his opinion, if the employer receives the expected results, it doesn't matter whether tasks were completed in two or eight hours. What matters are the outcomes, not the time spent at the desk.
In one of his posts, KryptoTrener also addressed the choice between remote and stationary work. In a survey, he asked his followers whether they would prefer fully remote work for 120,000 PLN per year or office work for 240,000 PLN. The results showed a clear advantage for the more expensive office option, indicating that for many people, higher salary still outweighs flexibility.
At the same time, the investor points out specific advantages of remote work: no commuting and the ability to develop his own projects 'after hours'. However, he also highlights the downsides, such as distractions, lack of contact with people, and the necessity for a high degree of self-discipline. His experience shows that remote work can be an effective development tool, but only for those who can consciously manage their time and responsibilities.
