These assets will be managed by an entity controlled by a DAO (the specific definition of which will be determined in a later stage) and will have robust anti-takeover protection measures. Therefore, the proposal requires that any party currently controlling these assets, regardless of their identity, must uphold their responsibilities in both principle and practice.
