What are the implications behind the Cambodia-Thailand War?

After the Cambodia-Thailand War reignited, as everyone gained more information, the goodwill towards the Hun Sen family from the past has completely faded.

What caused this? Hun Sen's three 'good sons': Hun Manet, Hun Manith, and Hun Mani. The once-promising 'Der Chong Funan Canal' was maliciously halted by Hun Manet; the 'Yunrang Naval Base' was used by Hun Manet to allow Japanese Self-Defense Force vessels to dock under the guise of balance; the US-Cambodia trade agreement in July 2025 shockingly included 'poison pill clauses' targeting China.

Combined with the strong crackdown on telecom fraud in 2023, Cambodia has become a haven for telecom fraud crimes, leading to the disillusionment of most Chinese people about such figures claiming to be our 'staunch' friends.

What caused such a drastic change? Do they not see the trend of the East rising and the West declining in the global landscape? Are they so shortsighted that they fear being left with no burial place in the aftermath?

The current Cambodian Prime Minister, Hun Manet, was born in 1977, graduated from West Point in 1999, pursued a master's degree at New York University, and obtained a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Bristol in the UK, only returning to Cambodia in 2008.

At the crucial moment when his worldview was being formed at the age of 18, he was indoctrinated by the United States Military Academy at West Point; coupled with the period from the 1990s until the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis when the US was at its peak, what kind of worldview did Hun Manet really develop?

It's not just Hun Manet; Hun Sen's other two sons, Hun Manith and Hun Mani, are similarly influenced. And now, as Hun Sen ages, various fields in Cambodia's military, political, constitutional, and police sectors have, in fact, been controlled by Hun Sen's children. Given this background, how can Cambodia's foreign relations choices not change?

Of course, this is also a product of the times. What needs to be vigilant is that through the indoctrination of the descendants of key political and business families and powers in key countries, the US has recently excelled at this tactic to achieve its geopolitical and economic goals, reaping huge rewards.

Take the former Ukrainian Defense Minister Umerov, the current Japanese Prime Minister Kishi Sanae, the Finnish nightclub Prime Minister Marin, the former German Defense Minister and current EU President von der Leyen, etc., all of whom have similar experiences.

So, for such small and medium-sized countries, the US exerts such force and lays such long-term mines, how will they treat us, whom they view as their biggest competitor, always plotting to subvert the system and split the country? Will they impart true knowledge to our elite children in political, economic, educational, and legal fields?

It's important to know that many elite children are the most easily influenced during their formative years and are sent to the West at a critical adolescent age.

The answer is self-evident. During the crucial and sensitive moment of 2020, calling for China to apologize and demanding China to unconditionally save the American economy, is one of the representatives among them. After such people gain control over our economic policy proposals and formulation, where exactly will they lead China?

As early as the 1950s, the CIA's plan to subvert and transform China, 'The Ten Commandments for China', placed high hopes on the second and third generations.

Recently, the widely controversial 'drug use clause', pushed by certain so-called law professors, is similar to Hun Manet in Cambodia, having comparable experiences. The well-known influencer Xiang Ligang has demanded that relevant university research centers disclose funding sources, and they, who always advocate for the rule of law, democracy, and transparency, publicly refuse to accept public scrutiny and keep it a deep secret.

In fact, the common people understand in their hearts that what they are receiving is essentially dog food. Those who take dog food, their research will be driven by the interests of the Chinese masses and for the benefit of China, do you believe it? Moreover, these people have long been detached from the actual situation in China and are unwilling to engage with ordinary Chinese citizens for a realistic investigation, merely using the so-called 'integration' as a banner to sell their masters' goods.

What needs to be vigilant is not just the public sector. Those 'capable' rich people from the 50s and 60s, many sent their young children abroad to 'integrate with the world' and changed their nationalities. And people cannot escape the laws of nature; no matter how heroic, there will be a day of aging. These people who changed nationalities have already entered the peak of succession and inheritance of wealth.

Where will they lead enterprises? How much wealth loss will they cause China? How many resources will they bring to the US and the West, who view us as enemies? In recent years, the US has significantly strengthened its efforts to tax overseas inheritance and personal business operations, continuously introducing multiple laws.

And what about us? Exit taxes, expatriate taxes, and other internationally recognized laws are never discussed by a group of legal professionals in the context of 'integration with the world'; the US introduced strict foreign agent legislation as early as the 1930s, and Western countries have basically established similar laws, yet our legal professionals never discuss 'integration with the world'.

The changes in Ukraine, Finland, Germany, Japan, and Cambodia warn us that the elite children who control more social resources are prime targets for the West and are more likely to become tools for subverting a country's system. We need to take timely measures to accelerate the advancement of relevant laws involving national overall security, expatriate taxes, and exit taxes related to national economic wealth security.
