Common sense tells me that more and more people are getting trapped in short positions on shoddy contracts in the square, which should indicate that the market is about to warm up. It’s no longer a time to mindlessly short. If they don't stop-loss, they might end up in a situation as tragic as those long positions that were deep in the red in the square a while ago. Although I don’t hold positions against the trend, and most of my losses come from stop-losses, if I short against the trend, I might really have to wait for the next cycle, wasting too much time and energy. Starting today, I will go long, go long, buying at the low points; maybe I can break even, after all, those deep trapped long positions are at the peak, so why be afraid?
