  • November 1 — entry into force of the regulation on the register of miners in the Russian Federation.

  • November 5 — US presidential elections.

  • November 7 — meeting of the US Federal Reserve on the key interest rate.

  • November 13 — publication of the consumer price index and inflation data in the US.

  • November 14, 15 — sentencing of those involved in the Bitfinex hack, Ilya Lichtenstein and Heather Morgan.
