I came across a proposal called EIP-8304, and while it won't reduce gas fees or trigger a hype cycle overnight, it could improve how Ethereum applications verify historical transactions and on-chain events.
Why this matters?
Today, many wallets, explorers, DeFi dashboards, and analytics tools still rely on centralized indexing services to retrieve historical blockchain data. The issue is that even in a decentralized ecosystem, some of the data infrastructure remains dependent on trusted third parties.
The idea behind EIP-8304 is to make transaction and log lookups more trustless by allowing applications to verify this information more efficiently without relying entirely on centralized indexers.
What I think?
This isn't the kind of update that gets retail traders excited immediately.
But these are the upgrades that strengthen Ethereum's foundation over the long term. The less infrastructure depends on centralized providers, the stronger the ecosystem becomes.

Selbst wenn der Markt leicht grün oder rot wird, führen die Altcoins nicht wirklich. Das ist normalerweise ein Zeichen dafür, dass die Liquidität noch in den großen Playern sitzt und nicht aggressiv rotiert.
