The use there own company shares for Settling payments and purchases. Also they use shares to get loan and then spend from the loan so they could avoid taxes because loan interest is much less then taxes.
For example if a business man spend $10 Million from his own company funds then he must pay 18-25% government tax on it.
But in the other side if he get loan of $10 million then he has to pay 7%-10% in tax
