$BIO structure is clear to me: the rebound after the sharp sell-off has been precisely hitting the earlier dense trapped-holder zone. From the order book data, there are a lot of sell orders resting around this price level, and the upper wicks on the most recent few candlesticks keep getting longer, which indicates that the overhead supply has not been fully digested.
My logic is simple. If the bulls truly had the ability to break through, they wouldnโt hesitate at this level for so long. Since the momentum seems to be exhausting, Iโll short in the direction of resistance and wait for the price to pull back to the support gap below.
