Binance, Is This How a Creator Platform Should Work?
I am a verified Binance Square Creator, and I want to share a serious concern about my Write to Earn experience.
I generated commission through my content. The commission was showing on my account, so I expected to receive the corresponding reward.
But I didn’t.
The reason given was that my account did not pass the risk assessment.
I understand that platforms need risk-control systems. But what I don’t understand is this:
If I generated commission legitimately through my content, why was the reward not paid?
And there is something even more concerning.
Since September 15, my profile has completely stopped generating commission.
Before September 15, my profile was generating commission. After that date, it stopped.
As a verified creator, I would like to know what changed.
Was my previously generated commission cancelled because of the risk assessment?
Why did commission generation suddenly stop?
What specific issue caused my account to fail the assessment?
And most importantly, does this risk assessment affect only Write to Earn, or could it affect other functions of my Binance account?
I have trading activity and balance on Binance, so naturally this situation makes me worried.
If a creator can suddenly lose access to a reward mechanism without a clear explanation, it raises a bigger question about how much control users actually have over their own accounts.
I am not asking for special treatment.
I am asking for clarity and transparency.
Binance has built a huge ecosystem around trading, creators, and Web3. But when something goes wrong, users and creators need to understand why.
I hope Binance can clarify what happened to my Write to Earn commission and why my profile stopped generating commission from September 15.
A platform can have risk controls. But users also deserve clear answers.
