Pool migration: New pool sees $680K in daily trading volume, while 8.85 million tokens remain in the old pool
B is an old coin on the BSC chain, and its official website is buildon.online. Old Farmer is taking a closer look today because its main pool has moved—well, halfway moved. It’s pretty interesting.
The pool currently used for trading is
$B paired with
$USD1 . It holds 7.56 million B and 780,000 USD1, worth about $1.68 million. 24-hour trading volume is about $680,000, with 1,575 buys and 2,151 sells. The number of sells is over 30% higher, but the amounts are roughly even, with net selling of only a little over $6,000. The price is holding around $0.1187, down about 1.5% over 24 hours. Market cap is about $119 million, and there are around 105,000 holders.
The migration becomes clear when you look at the numbers: when the new pool was created, it had only a little over 30,000 USD1; now it has 780,000, an increase of more than 25 times. The B side grew from 4.61 million tokens to 7.56 million, an increase of just 64%. Money is really flowing into the new pool. The price when it was created was only $0.0066; today’s price is 18 times higher.
But the old pool,
$B paired with
$BNB , hasn’t been emptied yet. It still holds 8.85 million B—1.29 million more than the new pool, worth about $2.1 million, and deeper than the new pool. The old pool’s 24-hour trading volume is only $107,000, less than a fraction of the new pool’s. In other words, traders have moved to the new pool, but the tokens are still sitting in the old one.
Token holdings aren’t too concentrated: the top ten hold 12.8% combined, and the largest holder is Gate exchange at 5.9%. No single holder dominates. There are no buy or sell taxes, and all 1,144 addresses passed the sell simulation.
Holders are keeping an eye on whether those 8.85 million B in the old pool move. If they start shifting to the new pool, that would mean the migration is complete; if the old pool is suddenly drained, the price could wobble. If the USD1 side of the new pool shrinks and trading volume falls back to the old pool’s level, then the migration will effectively have been reversed.
This is not investment advice. Alpha projects are high-risk and may go to zero. Those 8.85 million B in the old pool—do you think they were forgotten during the move, or deliberately left there?
