XIE Lian’s old rival begins issuing “USD that can swipe Visa” On September 10, MoneyGram launched a stablecoin-backed Visa card. It’s first live in Colombia, with partners including Rain. Users can keep their balance in a form close to USD, pay with Visa when they’re out, and withdraw cash at ATMs. This isn’t a new coin for traders—it’s for remittances and everyday spending. Globally, there are many people who don’t have convenient USD accounts, but there are remittance points. What stablecoins really need to win is the market stalls and airports—not the K-line charts. Whether the cards can be issued, whether merchants will accept them, and how fast funds arrive matter more than the whitepaper. #稳定币 #汇款 #VİSA Not investment advice

Visa announced on September 8 that its stablecoin settlement volume has exceeded an annualized run rate of approximately $20 billion, up more than 15 times. In the same period, the stablecoin-linked card program on the Visa network has grown to more than 160 cards, with related payment volume up nearly fourfold year over year (about a 200% increase). The company also rolled out a plan to combine VisaNet settlement data with on-chain credit infrastructure to help stablecoin card programs obtain working capital. Early partner Credit Coop disclosed that since 2023 it has cumulatively funded settlement volume totaling more than approximately $2.5 billion, participated in the infrastructure with zero defaults, and processed more than 3,000 on-chain borrowing events and 9,000 repayment events. Visa said this represents a step toward extending stablecoin settlement into everyday payment scenarios and does not amount to confirmation of stablecoin price trends. This is an update to payment settlement infrastructure facts, not a buy/sell signal. #稳定币 #VİSA #支付 Does not constitute investment advice

Visa 2026 fiscal Q2 data: more than 160 stablecoin-linked card programs worldwide; payment volume is up nearly 200% year over year. The annualized stablecoin settlement scale has surpassed $20 billion—ten months ago, the figure was only $3.5 billion; it has grown 15x. Visa shared the settlement data with on-chain lending party Credit Coop. The latter uses smart contracts to automatically calculate credit limits, automatically deduct and repay loans, and provides card program issuers with stablecoin-denominated revolving credit. This model has been running for more than two years, with total financing exceeding $2.5 billion, more than 3,000 loan issuances and over 9,000 repayments—all recorded on-chain, with zero defaults. Visa’s own Principal Member Rain—by itself—financed nearly $2 billion through this credit facility. In the crypto world, credit news usually revolves around who defaulted or who misused a funds pool. This time it’s the other way around: a fully automated, no-manual-approval on-chain lending deal produced repayment records that aren’t commonly seen even in traditional banking systems. The real moat may not be the stablecoin itself, but the infrastructure of automatic clearing plus zero defaults. Do you think this on-chain lending model will become a standard feature of stablecoin infrastructure? #VİSA #稳定币 #链上信贷 #CreditCoop
