A support level that gets tested five times in eight days isn't getting stronger. It's getting tired.
Look at
$BTC on the daily. Since Oct 30 the lows have printed at 76,326, 76,705, 76,389, 75,736 and yesterday 75,208. Price now sits around 75,800, down roughly 5.9% in 24h.
Many traders read "support held again" as a reason to buy. Here's how I'd think about it instead:
1. Support is a zone, not a line. The 75.2K to 76.7K band is the area, so a stop placed exactly at 76,000 sits right where everyone else's is.
2. Every retest eats bids. Buyers who defended the zone last time are partly filled, so each bounce has less fuel behind it.
3. Watch the reaction, not the touch. A strong level gives a fast, high-volume bounce. Weak, slow bounces near the same floor are a warning.
4. Old resistance matters too. BTC rejected the 81K area on Oct 27, 28, 29 and again on Nov 4 (high 81,196). Until that breaks, the range is the story.
5. Plan both outcomes before they happen: where you're wrong if the floor breaks, and where you'd reconsider if price reclaims the top.
Levels describe where decisions get made. They don't tell you which decision the market will make.
How do you handle a support level that keeps getting hit?
Not financial advice.
