🧠 What is systematic trading, and how do you beat FOMO?

When you trade on the emotions of the day, trying to squeeze out the maximum, the results are rarely satisfying. Systematic trading is discipline and mathematics.

Today, the pre-set limit order on $OGN was triggered. After the planned dip, momentum kicked in. When my PnL showed a little more than my daily target, I took profit. Plan completed! 🎯

💡 The key lesson about FOMO:

If you close a trade in profit according to plan, and the chart keeps moving in the right direction afterward, don’t be upset or let your emotions eat away at you. Quite the opposite—be happy! You followed your plan, and your calculation proved correct. That means you can repeat it again and again. That’s what a system is 📈🟢

Don’t chase all the money in the world. A steady return over time always beats greed!

Even though today's gain was small, in a market like this, it's a real win. For the last two days, the market has clearly been showing bearish sentiment, and trying to catch every move at times like these is a straight path to blowing your account.
There was only one trade today. The key trading rule that protects your account: if you're not confident and don't have a clear setup, don't enter the market at all.
All day, the market offered just one quality opportunity based on the VSA structure, and I took it systematically, locked in my profit, and moved my stop in time.
It's better to end the day with a modest gain or at breakeven than to give in to emotions and hand back what you've already earned 🛡️
