A Covenant is an instruction (a trade, order, bid, or payout) sealed to a condition and posted on Ethereum in encrypted form. It stays completely unreadable by traders, searchers and the network itself until the condition is met. When that happens, a permissionless network of staked Blacklight nodes helps unlock and execute it , no single trusted keeper decides whether or when it fires. Dusk is the first live release of this system on Ethereum L1.
