$NIGHT Short-term bearish signals are clear? After a 50% drop from the peak, can this continue to fall?

$NIGHT (Midnight), a privacy project backed by Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson, still has a long-term story: ZK privacy + DUST mechanism sounds innovative.

But in the short term, the pressure is significant: from the high of $0.119, it has dropped over 60%, currently oscillating around $0.038. The technicals are in a bearish structure, repeatedly testing the upper trend line resistance without breaking through. Market corrections + potential unlocking pressure + regulatory uncertainties for privacy projects are all increasing downside risks. Although there is some volume, buying pressure is insufficient, and there are clear signs of capital outflow. My take: if it can't hold the key support at $0.035-$0.036 in the short term, it may continue to dip into the $0.028-$0.030 range.

Suitable for a light short position; I’ve already entered. Entry cost at 0.0381. Short-term target: 0.036-0.033
