When I noticed
$PHA in the list of assets, at first it was just another name to me. But I wanted to understand what was behind it, rather than just watch its price movements.
With Phala Network, I took note of a specific goal: computations should take place in a way that keeps data protected while allowing the results to be verified. To do this, the project uses a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE)—a secure execution environment. In other words, it’s not just about computing resources, but about working with data while preserving confidentiality and enabling verification.
After that, I looked at PHA differently. The official documentation describes it as the network’s native token, linked to its operations, including staking and rewards for providing computing resources. That helped me see the connection between the token and the infrastructure itself, rather than treating them as two separate things.
This doesn’t mean I can draw any conclusions about PHA’s future price. But now, before evaluating it as an asset, I want to understand what role it plays in the network. For me, analysis starts not with a chart, but with the purpose of the token.
