What happenes if we leave the freeze account as it is?
Last October, my friend's account was frozen. She completed the KYC process, got it unfrozen, withdrew most of the money, and left around $300–$400 in the account. However, in December, it was frozen again. The service manager said the head office flagged it as suspicious due to a high number of transactions, and he couldn’t help much. I was asked to submit supporting documents, which I did, but he mentioned the process would take a long time.
