Hey, everyone! I just analyzed the 4-hour chart of FOLKS/USDT and decided to open a short position (Sell). The market presented a great correction opportunity, and I’ve already set up my trade.

Here are the parameters of my trade:
📉 Operation: Sell (SHORT)
🚪 Entry: ~2.4118 (Current market price)
🎯 Target 1 (TP1): 2.1335
🎯 Target 2 (TP2): 1.9109
🛑 Stop Loss (SL): 2.7260

📊 Why am I entering this trade?
Looking at the chart, the price recently shot up strong, hitting nearly 2.96 and breaking the upper limit of the Bollinger Bands. When this happens, the price tends to revert back to the mean.
Shortly after, we saw a strong red candlestick showing clear rejection and a loss of buying strength at the top. Looking at the indicators below (RSI and Stochastic), they’ve also started pointing downwards, indicating that the asset is “tired” and needs to correct.
My second target (1.9109) wasn’t chosen randomly: it’s exactly in the region of my 80-period moving average (MA80). The price tends to gravitate towards these averages like a “magnet” during corrections. I’ve safely positioned the Stop Loss at 2.72 to protect myself in case the asset decides to make a new high.
