Financial trading should be a simple and easy thing. We should approach trading with a playful mindset! Play, be happy, and earn money lightly and comfortably—nothing more than that. If someone thinks trading is difficult, or feels extreme pressure, then they must be using the wrong approach, or their personality traits aren’t suited for trading. I’ve probably gone more than two months without logging into my financial accounts. The first reason is that I’ve been traveling frequently this year, and my mind simply wasn’t on trading—I only checked the market for a moment when I happened to have the time, just by glancing at my phone. Second, I believe there’s really no need to stare at it all the time; a single phone is enough. As long as you focus on the trend, do some analysis in the early stage, set up your positions at lower levels, and hold long-term, you can make money! Those who keep making frantic moves, chasing highs and cutting lows, are destined to lose money!#投资 #交易心理

Emotions are hard to control; behavior can be designed.Today, in the class group chat, I talked with someone about how to solve the problem of “your brain knows but your hands can’t do it.” Humans find it hard to control emotions. We eat the five grains and have seven emotions and six desires. Precisely because of this, there are different choices we make when handling things—and that’s also why achievements can vary in size. You can’t rein in your temper, your anxiety, or the thoughts in your mind that keep flipping back and forth—this is normal, because emotions aren’t meant to be “controlled.” Emotions are signals, not commands. True control isn’t suppressing emotions; it’s designing your behavior so emotions don’t affect the outcome. For example, in trading: you can’t guarantee you’ll never get greedy, never panic, and never act impulsively—but you can design rules: how much your position can be, where to place your stop-loss, and what signals to look for before adding to a position. These behaviors are set in advance, and you can’t change them when emotions come. So what I kept emphasizing in training was “do the right actions,” not “control your mindset.” You can’t always control your mindset, but you can control your actions.
