When you're making gains, don't get cocky; always stick to your trading system. I forgot my strategy on these two trades, thought it was going to pump and jumped in, but I overlooked the higher highs and higher lows pattern. Paid my tuition again.
I said not to chase the longs anymore. This morning, the big players pumped it to the top of the gainers list, luring retail traders to go long, and then they started dumping.
Haha, just like I predicted, don’t FOMO into a long position. This is the big players manipulating the price to pump and dump. Unfortunately, I knew it was gonna rise; I monitored the charts yesterday and made a little profit before dipping out.
Why I missed the market movements in US stock semiconductors and CPO.
On May 8, 2026, I've been in the crypto space for a year now and missed out on a lot of opportunities, like the recent surge in US stock tokens, the spike in oil prices, the crash of Bitcoin, and some altcoins like Rave, Siren, and River that wrecked my account. I've gone through many chances to double my account, but unfortunately, my knowledge wasn't up to par at the time. It's true what they say: you can't learn from just being told; experience is the best teacher. I need to set up my positions in advance; I'm about to graduate from college and feel lost, honestly don't know what to do in the future. I believe the financial markets are really the place where an average person can turn their fortunes around; it only tests your capital and knowledge.
Got burned again in the last lesson. With mainstream coins like this, when the market's looking bearish, it’s best to take profits and run. I was in the green this afternoon, hoping for a pump tonight, but unfortunately...
I don't know what's going on, but I'm really keen to make some cash right now, and I feel like I'm on the right track. However, every time I see a small profit, it slips away, and I miss out on the big moves later. Sometimes, if I hold on, I end up going from unrealized gains to unrealized losses. If I want to score big, as long as the trend remains intact, I'll just set a stop-loss. I’m always in the market for good opportunities, but I keep missing them.
