The other day I went short and my mindset collapsed—I gave up and let everything my so-called know-it-all trading analysis be. I thought about holding the position against the order and focusing on researching memes (CZ coin). But I didn’t expect that today I was able to hold out and it came back. Sure enough, most of the time, ordinary retail traders’ actions are still worse than luck, or even worse than not trading at all.

Before CZ, I bought in at 0.05 and it’s been almost a week—almost cut my losses. I stopped out yesterday at 0.03 and got out. Once it breaks below 0.01, I’ll look at liquidity and consider entering again. The official is doing everything to distance themselves, which is a bit unsettling.

When the market is volatile I want to enter immediately—I can’t seem to fix that nasty habit. But I’ll take it as if it’s like cutting losses and reversing; go in hard and don’t hesitate when the trade goes against you.

Continue making small-position swings to develop pattern-finding instincts. High leverage in market battles really does secrete a lot of dopamine, but it’s also exhausting. Overexcitement can raise your threshold so that soon you won’t even find earning a thousand yuan in a day interesting. Recently I got a U card—earn it, then go spend it.

I don’t know—small position size, always looking for that trading feel. Making a little money each day, even if it’s just cigarette money, is fine. Maybe that’s the advantage of low leverage.

I watched the SOL order book yesterday—it’s definitely strong, especially below 65. The gains in BTC, ETH, and BNB are notably weak and lack momentum. Other assets only manage to pull up a 0.2% to 0.3% on the one-minute line, but SOL can jump about a full percentage point, which shows that the bottom pressure—i.e., the sell-side chips released during the two previous days of decline—has basically been cleared. Now that we’re above 70, it’s basically picking up money. If it pulls back again to around 65, then just go long without hesitation—at least it’s more profitable than going long ETH and BNB.
Even if BTC breaks below 50K and you still want to catch the bottom, choosing SOL as the entry to bet on a rebound—based on a hold strategy—SOL should definitely rank among the top choices.
