13 CRYPTO PROJECTS PREPARING FOR A NEW ERA OF SECURITY! Everyone is talking about quantum computers. Some fear they’ll one day hack crypto wallets, while others are already preparing defenses. Here’s a list of projects related to post-quantum cryptography (PQC) 👇 🔹 $ALGO — Falcon-1024 for mainnet accounts.
🚨 $STRK: CUMBERLAND TRANSFERS, THE $BTW WHALE WALLET, AND A LARGE UNLOCK AHEAD!
Over the past month, wallet 0x040D… received 29.6 million STRK (~$1.4 million) from an address labeled Cumberland. It all started with a test transfer of 100 STRK, followed by larger transactions.
But the most interesting part is where the tokens went 👇
🔹 20.2 million STRK (~$1.04 million) — to a wallet believed to be linked to a $BTW whale tracked by an analyst.
🔹 3.5 million STRK (~$160,000) — to a Robinhood hot wallet.
📈 Over the same period, STRK’s price rose from around $0.027 to $0.07.
⚠️ The latest transfer — another 3.6 million STRK (~$254,000) — arrived about 10 hours ago. At the time of publication, the tokens were still in the wallet.
💣 And all of this is happening ahead of a major STRK unlock, which could increase selling pressure.
These STRK movements are definitely worth keeping an eye on. 👀
⚛️ STARKWARE TESTED QUANTUM-RESISTANT BITCOIN LOCKING ON MAINNET!
The StarkWare team says it has successfully tested a mechanism for locking Bitcoin using quantum-resistant cryptography directly on the mainnet — without requiring a Bitcoin soft fork. 🔥
But there’s an important caveat: the technology isn’t ready for large-scale use yet. Scalability remains one of the main challenges to solve.
Why does this matter? 👇
🔹 Protection against quantum threats — the potential to protect BTC from future attacks using quantum computers.
🔹 No soft fork — testing shows that such a mechanism can be implemented without changing Bitcoin’s consensus rules, though this doesn’t mean all BTC is already protected.
🔹 Work is ongoing — technical challenges still need to be solved before full-scale adoption.
In October 2023 and 2024, Bitcoin first corrected by around 8%, then continued rising.
This time, it’s down by the same 8%.
Coincidence? Maybe. But the first part of the pattern has repeated almost perfectly.
Let’s see if history repeats itself this time too. If it does, most people are seriously underestimating just how much more this Uptober could have in store. 👀🔥
A setup like this: on TOTAL3 (altcoin market cap), we’re seeing a bounce off the broken resistance zone.
If the zone holds, then, as we said in earlier posts, the altcoin market cap will continue to rise, and some altcoins could still do several Xs. Let’s see how things unfold.
As we discussed back when BTC was near its lows around $57k, taking this model into account makes sense. But it is just as naive to assume that every cycle has to repeat the previous one day for day and percentage for percentage. At this point, BTC's low was set in July 2026, about eight months after the October 2025 peak. This is faster than all previous cycles, where bottoming took at least a year.
📎 Commercial developers have long been successfully selling turnkey surveillance to governments. Formally, the service is justified by the need to fight crime, but in practice journalists, opposition figures, and human rights defenders end up under surveillance.

On-chain analyst Specter compiled complaints from victims on X and Reddit and identified the thieves’ addresses. Funds were taken from hundreds of wallets on the Bitcoin, Ethereum, and TRON networks.
• Amount: Specter counted $86 million; according to MistTrack (SlowMist), losses are already close to $90 million
• Suspicions: Many victims bought their wallets from a seller called CryptoBilis. The devices may have been tampered with before they were sold
• Important detail: CryptoBilis sells Trezor wallets as well as Ledger devices. There have been no official statements about the incident so far
• Mark Karpelès (former head of Mt. Gox) found a spy component in his Ledger, which he bought in Malaysia. It was hidden under the screen’s protective pad, so the tampering wasn’t visible from the outside
• Tether froze some of the stolen USDT
• A hack of Ledger devices themselves has not been confirmed
What to do if you bought a Ledger from someone other than the manufacturer 👇 - Move your coins to an exchange or to a new wallet bought directly from the manufacturer - Don’t use the seed phrase from your old device; create a new one on the new device - Buy wallets only from the official website
⚠️Exactly one year ago, cryptocurrency experienced the largest liquidations in history, wiping out more than $16 billion in long positions.
🛢The United States is officially lifting sanctions on imports of Russian diesel fuel until April 2027. Purchases are permitted worldwide, including in the U.S. So much for diplomacy.
🇷🇺Trump thanked Putin over the new energy agreement.
🪙According to statistics, if Bitcoin wants to bring back UPTober, it needs to repeat the 2023 and 2024 cycles: drop 8% before heading back up.
History teaches us nothing, but it always repeats itself 🔄 Look at the picture. In 1995, bankers laughed in the faces of people who suggested investing in the internet, just like this. They shouted that it was a bubble, a toy for geeks, and that there was no money in it. Where are those bankers now? Integrating the internet into all their processes, and unable to imagine life without it 🛜
⚠️ $87M STOLEN FROM LEDGER USERS' WALLETS?! Ledger has suspended sales through one of its resellers in Southeast Asia. According to published reports, around $87 million disappeared from 98 wallets whose owners had bought devices through this seller. And the scariest part is that attacks like these don't require anyone to hack your seed phrase. 😳
