Merchants and remittance customers need dependable redemption, transparent fees and convenient ways to cash out. Policy backing alone cannot guarantee those services work well. Additional Treasury demand would also depend on whether tokens attract new savings into dollar assets or shift money between existing dollar holdings. For crypto investors, useful follow-through would be named partners, funded programs and actual payment usage. Any benefit to a particular blockchain or token would depend on where transactions settle and how fees are captured.
