Chart Reading:
XRP took perfect bounce from 1.4744 low which was strong double bottom area on 1H. After that price made strong impulsive move and broke all nearby resistances. Now price is doing small healthy correction after touching 1.5500 high.

This is bullish structure, higher high and higher low pattern is active. Volume is high at 218M USDT which shows buyers are in control. Buyers are defending dips very strongly.

Trade Plan - LONG:

Entry Zone 1: 1.5280 to 1.5360 (current retracement zone, best for long)
Entry Zone 2: 1.5080 to 1.5120 (deep retest zone if market gives second chance)

Stop Loss: 1.4680 (below 1.4744 low, safe SL for swing)

For me the key level is 110.42. As long as daily closes above that the bullish structure holds. Below 106.38 the daily trend will start to weaken.

So I see this as a correction in an uptrend not a reversal.

Right now SOL is at 118.60. To go up it has to break 2 walls.

Wall 1 is 119.5 to 120. This is the current sell zone. Price just dumped from here. We need a 1H candle close above this for any long.

Wall 2 is 122.5 to 124.43. This is the final boss. All sellers are sitting here. This is the Bearish FVG.

Will it go above 124. Directly from here low chance.

For 124 plus we need price to drop first to 116 to 114 to fill its old bullish gap. Then buyers need to step in with strong volume there. Then price needs to break and close above 120.

If 111.05 breaks then the 124 dream is over and price will go lower.

Simple plan. Do not long now. Wait. If it comes to 114 to 116 and prints a big green reversal candle then think long. Target will then be 122 and 124.

my observation is that
SOL is in strong uptrend on daily timeframe. Price is trading above SAR 103.01 which confirms bullish momentum. Bollinger middle band is at 108.84 and price is holding near upper band at 126.39 which shows buyers are in control but short term pullback is possible near 124.95 high. Volume is stable at 2.45M SOL and 7 days performance is plus 9.71 percent and 30 days is plus 12.58 percent which supports continuation.
The structure from 74.10 low shows higher highs. So buying on dip near 120 to 122 is favorable as long as price stays above 115.50. If price closes below 115.50 then long idea will be invalid.

Yes $SOL can pull back to 120 from 124 to 125 resistance, we talked about that, but shorting directly at market without a stop is dangerous, especially when trend on 4H is still bullish and 500M USDC just came into Solana ecosystem.

If you short here smart risk management is key. Many traders wait for rejection confirmation like a 4H close below 122 or a break of 122.10 low, with stop above 125.50, target 120 then 119.

No waterfall is guaranteed. Price already bounced from 118 to 124, so shorts can get squeezed if it breaks 125.

$SOL is sitting at 124 to 125. This is a tough wall. Price tried this same wall two days back and came down.

For breakout to happen we need a strong 4 hour candle closing above 125 with good volume. If it stays above 125 then it can try 128 to 132.

For rejection to happen if price cannot close above 124.95 and slips back below 122 then it can drop back to 120 and 119. That is the safety area where SAR is sitting.

Right now buyers are strong but chasing at the top is risky. Better to wait for either a clean break above 125 or a dip back to 120.
