Binance Alpha is giving everyone a 350,000 U thank-you airdrop during the system upgrade. You can participate as long as you have at least 200 Alpha points before 11/7 07:59:59 (UTC+8).
How much each person gets in the end still depends on how large the denominator is. I’d estimate 3–5 U 😇 #ALPHA $PREDICT
Only when I checked the data this afternoon did I notice that the short-liquidation volume above at 82,000 was just 337 million, while a long-liquidation pool worth 919 million was sitting below at 79,000. And when U.S. stocks opened tonight, liquidity really did head first toward the more crowded side. Tonight the Nasdaq fell more than 3%, and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index plunged 7%, directly triggering a long squeeze across the market. After $BTC broke below 79,000 and set off a cascade of liquidations, the price slid further to around 76,300, while $ETH retested the 2,200 level. Honestly, although this sell-off reflects pressure from the correction in U.S. tech stocks and miner Riot selling its coins as it pivots to AI, another way to look at it is that it quickly flushed out the leveraged longs who chased the rally last night. Derivatives positioning is now much cleaner than it was when things were crowded near the highs. After this kind of deleveraging move clears out the large liquidation pool below, the key level to watch ahead of tomorrow night's nonfarm payrolls report is the previous low of 75,600 as support 😭
Seeing $6.34 billion flow out of Binance, many people’s first reaction was to fear a hacker dump. But honestly, after looking at the on-chain flows, the reality is a little different from what you might expect.
Excluding the $2.85 billion in stablecoins that have already been frozen, the hackers are mainly holding 18,200 BTC and 540,000 $ETH . Since all the addresses have been blacklisted, any USDT they convert to will be frozen instantly. They can’t just dump it all at once; they can only slowly launder it over a year or two. These coins have effectively been “locked up” by other means.
What’s more interesting is that Binance has had to buy back real coins on the market and through OTC desks in recent days to replenish its reserves and lock them in its vaults. Although some smaller coins were indeed sold off in the short term as the hackers converted them to ETH, from another perspective, the circulating supply of major coins out in the market has actually shrunk.
It feels like the market has already absorbed the impact of this hack and the midterm election headwinds, so there’s no need to panic too much.
I took a look at today’s rebound data, and honestly, the bulls and bears are pretty divided.
$BTC has climbed back above 80,000, but this rally feels like it was driven by a wave of short liquidations. What’s more interesting is that Fidelity’s ETF bought $236 million yesterday, while BlackRock’s saw $201 million in outflows. And below, at 79,000, there’s a $919 million pool of long liquidations—much larger than the short liquidation pool above.
$SOL is also being pulled in both directions. It held the 200-day moving average (88.88) yesterday and bounced back to around 95. On the other hand, its ETF just posted its largest-ever weekly outflow last week, at $71.47 million, and hacker addresses are still sitting on potential selling pressure from SOL.
With a short-term rebound but such divided positioning, it feels like the only move is to get in and out quickly 🤔
Binance’s fourth security recovery update: asset replenishment has reached 95%. Withdrawals are expected to reopen in phases today from 14:00 to 17:00 (UTC+8).
The first phase will support major public blockchains including BTC, ETH, $SOL , $BSC, and TRX, as well as $USDT and USDC.
Reserves for major assets have been restored to 100%; the remaining 5% of smaller tokens are still being repurchased in batches. $BNB
Binance has just released a preliminary investigation announcement: the incident occurred because a DevOps engineer’s laptop was compromised, allowing hackers to access a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. So far, there are no signs that any wallet private keys were leaked.
The company estimates that approximately $6.3 billion in total was affected, and around $3 billion has already been frozen jointly on-chain. All losses will be fully covered by the SAFU Fund and Binance’s own funds. Once the recovery is complete, Binance will publish an updated Proof of Reserves (PoR) and a detailed technical report.
Also, the $PREDICT Alpha trading event that was originally scheduled to launch on the wallet side has been postponed, according to a tweet. The new opening time will be announced later. $BTC $BNB
I wasn’t planning to hedge, but now I’m considering it 🤔
Predict refund came through. This time was seriously competitive 😂 I put in 6 at the max $BNB , and got 5.84 BNB refunded So I put in 0.16 BNB, about 118u
Did the math and got 409 tokens, at a cost of about 0.29u each Looking at the current pre-market price at $PREDICT , it’s around 1.33 That’s about 425u of profit for basically nothing—almost a 4x return If you’re worried about volatility, you can hedge to lock in profits Seems pretty good this time. Just waiting for the airdrop when it launches
$CP This coin has been paid for 30 minutes and the 200 points haven’t been claimed yet. You can tell that the number of alpha users is much lower than before.
$LONG Perfect interpretation of 'Peak at the start' -99% directly within 10 minutes of opening Not selling, keeping it for collection🤣 #ALPHA $BNB #long
$TRUST Airdrop didn’t receive (well, I forgot...), looking at the price, wow, it's been a long time since I saw a big gain! I haven't received an airdrop for several days, I'm starving 😭 As soon as I got excited, I immediately went to open a contract: Long position of 50x at $0.4 (ant position), trying to make up for the losses. The entry point felt good, and the unrealized profit was close to 10 times! At that moment, I was fantasizing about replicating the violent pump of $MMT , and I stubbornly decided not to close the position and to determine the trend. In the end, I set a break-even stop loss and went to take a shower with peace of mind. When I came out after the shower and looked... the position was gone!? It should have been a feast of pig's trotters, but in the end, there was only enough for a cup of milk tea 🥲 #ALPHA #Trust #币安HODLer空投MMT #币安合约实盘
Observed that the price near 0.1132 has hit the bottom after $TURTLE , and it has currently rebounded to 0.1324. Is this a signal to activate or a bait before the token unlock?🤔
I didn't manage to grab the $TURTLE airdrop earlier, and jumped in at 0.25... As a result, I'm stuck, current price $0.12 😭 But checking the data on the chain, I found out that the top ten wallets actually hold 98% of the assets! With such concentrated chips, this... this is a good thing, right? Theoretically... the dealer has to sell, they must raise the price to attract people to come in, right? So... they will raise the price to let us break even, right? ...right...? 🤔 #ALPHA $BNB $TURTLE

$TURTLE has too many recipients, and after three verification codes, it's gone 🤔
